This woman’s son is home from college so they had to park a few cars in the street because they didn’t have the room in their driveway. She’s assuming it was one of the neighbors, but someone called the police. It turns out the city has a no parking ordinance. She didn’t accept the news well because now she’s riding around on her bicycle and calling the police on anyone who parked in the street as well. A biker was carrying two helmets. He was wearing one helmet and the other helmet was hanging in his hand. Most people will blame police here. But this biker is clearly wrong in this situation. If you want to carry extra helmet then put it in a bag and carry that bag on your back. Hanging a helmet or any other stuff on your hand while riding a bike can be dangerous.
