Like not having an MSDS available, they should be fined heavily

They don’t think they work for us. We THE PUBLIC have so much work to do! Btw they have no problem collecting our taxes….just saying

Funny how they get away with that, but if we don't have a license plate or vehicle registration displayed properly, we get fined.

Always claim you are trying to "start something" when you know the law 🤦

I have witnessed this in the school system as well. Interesting 🤔

This is what happens when we, the people, allow our employees, who we delegated some limited powers to, to believe THEY are the bosses. 😡

After years, I think I get it The manual is for the public to access how to proceed on various filing processes, something people probably frequented back in the day. To the worker it's probably so rarely used now, he just thought he was being asked for a staff procedure manual

They went through all of their trained stages. Very well, too Person behind the camera did an extraordinary job sticking to the point.

This is why training matters. In Florida, required annual training includes public records requests and Sunshine Law compliance. Public-facing government employees shouldn't be denying requests or interrogating citizens about why they want public records. The law is about transparency, not gatekeeping.

G O V E R N M E N T I N I T S F I N E S T you wanna bet if a CITIZEN was in violation of a law or ordinance, they could just brush it off as 'I don't know what your talking about' and the Government would just say 'oh well' and go away??? Whos taking that bet?

All county offices operate like this; they don't know or will not read the laws which they are to abide by, sometime even sworn to under oath. Inside the socialist bubble of useful idiots, the obtuse "Kool-Aid" is served daily. They will not read and are not trained to do the job our tax dollars are paying for; thus making them not fit for duty or service. You must file a complaint with the magistrate judge for violation of the law; make certain you have documented evidence. Do not waste time with the useful idiots. ⚖️🇺🇸⚖️

Can you believe this? Government employees feel this entitled to do as they please & make up their own rules as they go. I'd fire these 2 people on the spot if they worked for me.

Are these people for f*cking real??? I worked 35 years in the court reporter's office for judicial in Connecticut and we had a GIANT binder in our office of the public procedure manual. It was there the whole time (not that anyone ever asked to see it)

You need to be crediting @iamfreeauditing when posting this on here. That man goes toe to toe with the most corrupt officials from a state so egregiously terrible half the time they don't even show up to work to not provide service, and you steal his shit? Loser.

I'm not a huge fan of auditors. Many are just baiting for content but in some cases, they are providing a real public service for sure.

The key to all this is the word published! it should be published I, or any other citizen should not have to ask to review it. It should be published permanently for anyone and everyone to view.

Agency fails to prominently display procedures manual under RCW 42.56.040/staff block access, consequences fall n2 3 areas: agency legal penalties, a TOTAL LOSS of ability to enforce UNPUBLISHED rules, and potential PERSONAL CRIMINAL LIABILITY For intentional obstruction.

The contract between the government and the citizens is over and no longer exists. Most people are still slaves who cannot understand that after 2001 absolutely everything ended, your freedom, your health system, unlimited money printing, new taxation, etc. It's over, just wake up.

You could almost forgive the front window guy for not knowing this. Once he goes to get someone more knowledgeable and they still don't even have a clue it becomes shameful.

Funny how all these dweebs come up with these obscure laws and then expect everyone to know them and post videos slamming them if they don’t. Worse, make a fool of themselves getting pissed because they don’t know and threats of how much trouble everyone’s in or going to sue.

You can clearly see how they all think they are above the law. And it won't hit them until a lawsuit is filed against each of them individually

If they say they don't know what you're talking about then they need to be fired. It's like hiring someone to flip burgers who has no idea what a spatula or burgers even are.
