This time of year and throughout June, babies are often found out alone in the day, and here's why. Hedgehogs are nocturnal, but babies are born diurnal, meaning they can be awake in the daytime and feed from mum while she sleeps, and mum can go out at night to find food, knowing her babies will be safely sleeping. Isn't that so clever? This is baby Figgy and she's just 3 weeks old. Her eyes and ears opened a week ago, she's now able to lap, and she has little nubs of teeth starting to erupt. Everything is new and exciting at this age, and while mum is asleep babies like Figgy sometimes sneak out, to look around. Nosing around on brand new wobbly legs, learning how to scratch the itch of new spines growing through, and exploring a world of scents, babies usually quickly wear themselves out and safely return home to the nest. But now and again there's one who is just a bit too adventurous for her own good, and strays too far from the nest and can't find her way back home. So if you ever spot a baby out on the lawn, crying - this sounds like a little bird cheeping - please quietly approach and without touching or speaking just observe her for a minute. If she has any obvious injury or has flies attracted to her, immediately take her indoors and make up a hot water bottle with hot tap water, cover with a fleece and lay her on it, with another fleece covering her, then urgently ring a rescue (NEVER a vet) for advice. They will talk you through what to do. If she appears fine, with no flies, go back indoors (or an average garden length away, if she can't be seen from indoors) and just watch her from there for 20 minutes. Don't take your eyes off her, and be ready to quickly go out if a bird or animal goes near her. In most cases her crying will wake mum who will come out and carry her home. If you know for sure where the nest is, wearing gloves gently pick her up and quickly put her back as close to the nest as you can without disturbing it. If mum doesn't come within 20 minutes, go out and stand by the baby while you phone a rescue (NEVER a vet) and ask for advice. They will talk you through what to do. NB. This footage was from a couple of years ago and baby Figgy grew into a beautiful adult and was released back to the wild, and is still doing well.🥰

It’s bad enough the delivery people show up when they want to in that huge time frame window they give themselves but for them to claim they are out of time and refuse to do the delivery because they were running late is unacceptable. This woman was in the middle of clearing out the fridge when the delivery people finally got there. She would have had it don’t earlier had they been on time and she didn’t have to put things back because they were late. But once they got there they refused to wait a few minutes for her to re-take the items out. Whenever the appliance delivery people are late for me, there is never any consequences. I guess I should be grateful they showed up at all. It’s like they feel they are doing me such a favor by coming by even though it’s hardly ever on time. It would be so much easier at times if I could just pick it up myself and install it but when given the option to have it done for me for a few bucks I usually do that. Most of the time these appliances require more than one person and that’s why I do it. Agree or disagree that we are at their mercy. Although I’ve had instances where everything was smooth and without a hitch. I’ve had plenty of times where they are late or even damage things while trying to do their job.

Every single time all of MO's demands were met, she'd blame a random account (that dislikes her) on me and say "this is being done at Aidan's direction.." just so she could justify continuing to terrorize more random people on Twitter. Eventually, she blamed every person close to Aidan but would often circle back to blaming me. SHOCKER—after she stalked me for the better part of 2025 while I stayed silent until I couldn't any longer. For months she also discussed breaking down Aidan Kearney's Valid Truth Journey with her own receipts JUST until she demanded he take those streams down. He did. THEN, she created her own YouTube channel with her #1 enabler: Meredith Fagan. They really just got drunk while live, gossiped, created a whiteboard trying to mock Jessica Machado, (who has a million times the personality and charisma of both of them combined) and put all of our names on said whiteboard. It was RIDICULOUS and the secondhand embarrassment was REAL. This was all a game to MO. She still continued her BS for a while after losing her job but before she acknowledged it publicly. This was completely avoidable and she has no one to blame for currently being unemployed but herself. Mother with two kids her abusive boyfriend vandalized her apartment and stole her gun two weeks after he was arrested for putting his hands on her. According yo her gofund me page… Hi my name is Destinee I'm a single mother of two who just moved back to Dallas from Chicago just to give my kids a better life. I Wanted my kids to experience something more than where we were from. Better schools, more opportunities, and cheaper rent for me to be able to do more with my kids. It all backfired on me dealing with a man I thought I could trust somebody I was with on and off for 2 years. Two weeks ago he put his hands on me and that was my final straw me. I have a daughter and I refuse to let her see me get abused by a man. I have to lead by example for both of my kids. Being the God fearing woman l am I gave him a few weeks to get his situation in order to official leave my apartment today. I went about my day as normal took my kids to school and went to do Lyft. Once I got back home he has completely vandalized my apartment from TVs, my content phone, my bed, my daughter's iPad, clothes and more! He also stole my gun I took all the proper steps to get him arrested for the assault from 2 weeks ago and for property damage that was done today. Detective stated it will take 3 to 5 business days for any progress but they are on top of it considering his background they cannot issue out a protective order until they have him in custody. I Will be going to the courthouse tomorrow to try and get a temporary restraining order but for now it's all a waiting game. just started my job and I just moved back here and I refuse to lose it all or let him run me back to Chicago. My daughter's birthday is in 4 days and I have to put a smile on my face and pick up the pieces for my babies.

They find the car & they find mom and dad in the front seat & the three kids in the back” ‌ “I just wanted to say thank you to everybody for your concern and for contacting me. It's really bad out here. It's really bad. I don't know how much is on the media. I haven't had a minute to look at the media, but people are finding whole families in cars that are just charcoaled and fried. My best friend Michelle, her friend, her brother's family just... in the car. They find the car and they find mom and dad in the front seat and the three kids in the back. The other bad thing is that school was out that day that the fire raged through Lahaina so parents were at work and all the kids were at home so there's massive amounts of children who perished. We've been taking supplies. No one's been sleeping. ‌ We have three families in our home in Kihei. We're trying to open up a second home and now we're trying to get homes for people who have lost everything. The roads are crazy. It's hard, you know there's only one road going into Lahaina plus the backside and the backside's pretty dangerous. We got Ignite a Life up, helping as best we can. We spent the entire day taking care of our patients at the office at Maui Cardiology. ‌ At two o'clock we closed and we started shopping for folks. And we sent out three, three Suburbans and three other trucks full of supplies this morning through the Hawaiian Canoe Club. We're continuing to help. People are not sleeping on this side. Three fires broke out again yesterday in Hana Kauai, which is past Lahaina. The fire is still not contained up in Kula. But anyway. ‌ Anything that you guys want to donate we're happy to take donations and like I said ignited life always gives 100% of your donation we never take admin fees or anything and we want to just say thank you to everybody who's been Contacting us we appreciate your support and we love you and God bless everybody This is this is just really bad. There’s a scene in the movie “A Star is Born” with Bradley Cooper and the dog outside the garage. I watched that movie in the end of my drinking days and the scene tortured me so much thinking about it. Of course it was only a movie but I then proceeded to pretty much try drink myself to death. I used to listen to this song hammered drunk alone and crying for hours. The thought of Snoop being home waiting for me is what got me through that ICU visit and made me want to change my life. There’s a lot of emotions in my head about Tina. They are however surprisingly positive. Yes her stay was very short and we’d all have loved to have her for years to make us smile. However for me personally I’m proud of myself because I did all the hard things for her and she had everything perfect until the very last moment. I’d never have done 1% of that when being addicted. I’d have let her down and been selfish and gone off drinking. I’m so happy I got to meet her because she taught me a type of love that I never thought even existed. She was selfless and completely pure in a way I never saw in any creature on this planet. The song and looking at Tina videos just got me thinking that it doesn’t have to end badly. Things can turn around. You can be running around the jungle with a dog absolutely full of life with a huge smile on your face and everything to live for. Thank you Tina. The work for you has only just started and I’ll see you again one day 🥰🥰
