Jason's Sauna Rock is the talk of the town right now, and the nerf was definitely justified. However, the way they chose to nerf it was way too far. 13 seconds was more than DOUBLE most other killers' exhaustion effects, and impossible for skilled survivors to walk off in chase. But at 3 seconds, you may as well delete the add on. I'm not sure why it couldn't have been put at 5-7 seconds like everything else.

Gemma 4 31B is way too slow on my MacBook Pro M5 Max with 128GB of unified memory. 42 seconds to generate the first line of code. 21 tokens per second after that. Uses 26GB of memory when loaded. I sat there waiting nearly a minute before it even started writing code. The output? Actually decent. The lava lamp it generated looks good. But 42 seconds to first token is a dealbreaker. Claude Opus 4.7 starts generating in under 2 seconds. GPT 5.5 is instant. Good model. Unusable speed. Local inference on a $5,399 machine still can't match the cloud.

She’s so right here. So right. People do not want a return to how things used to be. They want something better. I just wish she could condense what she said here in a minute and 30 seconds into 20 seconds or 30 seconds or 40 seconds, so people don’t tune out. She is so thoughtful and so deliberative in everything she says that she loses people in trying to make her point. I think this is why so many accuse her of this “word salad” nonsense. It’s not because she doesn’t know what she’s talking about, it’s because her prosecutor mind weighs the weight of every single word as she’s delivering a point. I don’t know how she retrains herself, but in this ecosystem she has to be able to just deliver the line, the thought, in a way that is concise. Like it or not, people have no attention span anymore.

This clip is hilarious. I know it sounds crazy but it’s true. There’s way more insane facts about pandas. “Pandas spend about 10 to 16 hours a day eating and the remaining 8 to 14 hours asleep. Because bamboo is so low in nutrients, they have to constantly consume it to get enough energy, alternating between eating, napping, and doing it all over again.”

Free Energy Announcement Free Energy, otherwise known as Overunity is 100% real. The devices exist already. I have been told exactly how an operational device works. I signed an NDA so I won't be able to disclose specifics. Instead, I want to explain the concepts so everyone understands how it is possible. Overunity means Coefficient of Performance (CoP) greater than 1. More energy coming out of the device than is being locally put into it. This allows for a system that can perpetually produce energy without being plugged in. Many will claim this breaks the first and second laws of thermodynamics. The reason it doesn't break the second law is similar to a windmill or solar panel. The system is open to the Aether (quantum fluctuations) in the same way those systems are open to nature. The first law of thermodynamics says energy cannot be created or destroyed. Solar and wind cannot output more energy than they take because the inputs are limited, but the Aether represents potentially unlimited additional energy input. This is how an Overunity system produces CoP greater 1. 'Free Energy' is a misnomer. It means that the potential energy accessed is unlimited, but it does not mean that the cost of extracting it is zero. The materials to produce an Overunity device are currently expensive, as is the labor to build it. When these devices become more efficient to produce, the cost will drop. The benefits of Overunity include; 1. Energy independence from energy companies 2. The ability to live off the grid 3. No loss of power when the grid fails 4. Green energy with no pollution 5. I was not looking forward to posting our last recap because it means our season is over. This was a historical run! This team won more games than any team in Del Norte’s history . First football team to win a CIF championship we were 6 seconds away from playing for a chance to be called state champs. Although our season is done it does not mean our journey is finished it just has shifted gears. I am proud of this group of young Nighthawks! The seniors have set the bar high not only in the way they play football but also in the way to pushed each other and held each other accountable. The laughter tears and sweat we have shed together will be missed but I am excited to see them achieve great things in life rather it’s football or whatever they pursue I am confident they will do it with NIGHTHAWK SPEED! Go Nighthawks!

Ever hear Albert Einstein’s voice? He’s him explaining his formula, E=mc² It is probably the most famous formula in the world, but what exactly does it mean? Let's start by defining each letter in the formula: E = Energy M = Mass C = Speed of light (a very large number) If we were to read the formula, we would say, "Energy equals mass times the speed of light squared." The formula itself is rather simple in that it essentially says that energy and mass are different forms of the same thing; they are interchangeable. So are you saying a beam of light and a banana are different forms of the same thing? Yes, in our head, this may not make sense, but it does in nature. This discovery was groundbreaking at the time because people had previously believed that energy could only be created by kinetic or potential energy. You can increase kinetic energy by accelerating your car. You can increase potential energy by stretching a rubber band. Einstein demonstrated that there was a third form, which is that things have energy because they simply exist. Ok, so why is mass multiplied by the speed of light? Whenever you are converting mass to pure energy, it is by nature moving at the speed of light. Pure energy is an electromagnetic radiation, which travels at 186,000 miles/sec (300,000 km/sec). Ok, cool, but why is the speed of light squared? This again has to do with the nature of energy. If an object is moving twice as fast as another object, it does not have twice as much energy. Rather, it has four times as much energy. Hence, the speed of light is squared, which comes out to a very big number. C^2 is the conversion factor from mass to energy. The bottom line is that even small objects have an immense amount of energy. Through the process of nuclear fusion/fission via nuclear power plants, we can harness some of this energy. In the atomic bomb that destroyed the city of Hiroshima, there was about 700 milligrams (equivalent to the weight of 1/3 of a dime) of uranium which was converted to energy that destroyed everything within a 1-mile (1.6 km) blast radius.
