5 Elohim groups upgraded all the races on Earth for a variety of characteristics. All souls live as all races. It's not about 1:1 representation with Galactic Federation but there are races that resemble all human races somewhere. I know this is very hard to understand in today's cultural climate.

Ross Coulthart confirms evidence of the secret military base under Sedona which Pleiadians have already disclosed. To recap, beneath Sedona is the primary Galactic Federation base on Earth where Elder Ikai is often stationed, called "BASK". Beneath BASK is the "Haven of Light" where all Earth-native souls go at physical death. Yes Sedona is this important to Earth. A human base was allowed to be built near BASK for regular Galactic Federation contact. Military personnel travel here by aircraft or by underground tunnels. Coulthart talks about the portals in Sedona but there's still a lot of confusion about portals. To clarify, portals exist in Sedona near massive quartz crystals that were placed underground for the Shift. Additionally, Galactic Federation can open portals for travel in any location they want.
