Genocide has a well-accepted definition. It’s been litigated in the U.S. for years and courts have found that Palestinians have committed genocide against Israel as the result of far less violence. There is no question that the Israeli actions in Gaza constitute genocide, not only because of the scale of the violence and destruction but bc of the contemporaneous statements of Israeli cabinet ministers. There is just no question as a legal matter. I litigated these issues for 20 years.
