I was at that game with my father. We were on the next to last row on left field. One of my most memorable sporting events.

Seems to me that game never would have gone to extras had replay been used to show a Rox home run that was ruled a ground rule double when the fly ball hit a chair and shot back into the field. 🤔 💜⚾️💜

He never touched home plate and that’s from a Rockie fan

Garrett Atkins hit a HR, not a double, so the whole “did he touch the plate” thing really doesn’t matter. Greatest baseball season, ever!
