Arkham knight was so ahead of its time it’s crazy

Graphically and gameplay wise still better than what’s on the market in 2026 , shit I still play it

Games peaked graphically around this time I’d say.

The craftsmanship in this was insane. The transitions between the flying scene and entering the batmobile were batshit crazy. Feel like playing again!

I don’t care … Rocksteady got some lazy stupid idiots on their staff… When they gave us that shitty ass Suicide squad game.. the least they could’ve did was Remastered some of the Arkham games for ps5 and they did absolutely nothing

Game studios peaked at that time. They were all trying to outdo each other graphically and story wise. Now it’s a race to the bottom. What studio can monetize EVERYTHING the most and give the player that absolute bare minimum.

2015 is the line where game studios peaked, more theater kids and pronouns pushed their way in and AAA games decline started right after it. Batman: Arkham Knight was the peak.
