You can set OBS into Cache cores, meanwhile limiting other applications to Freq cores.

Yes, it does. Next patch will have a window to remind you to turn Game Mode off. Otherwise it will conflict.

Probably your CPU has no CCD. You still can customize All and All not SMT in Core Map and separate your game and background apps with different cores. Next patch will add Custom for your Game mask.

You can, but not much effective since it has 6 cores 12 threads with running entire PC. You can set your own cores in setting, probably dedicate game into 2-4 cores, background apps into the rest of the cores.

Check Task Manager CPU every cores usage, see if some cores are parked. also turn off Turbo Game Mode, optimize CCD Parking servies in BIOS. Game Mode and AMD's 3D V-Cache optimizer in OS.
