There are good reasons to dislike elden ring, gamersense isnt one of them

I've got a hot take. Elden Ring is a great game, so 8 is a adequate score for it. I played it for 170h and really enjoyed it, but I do believe that the game would be mutch better if they had decreased the amount of repetitive open world and focused more on major locations.
