The zoom speed can easily become inconsistent, suddenly speeding up or slowing down. Samsung works differently. You simply hold your finger at a certain position, and the phone continues zooming at a constant speed. The entire process feels extremely stable and linear. It genuinely resembles the powered zoom control of a professional video camera. This logic is fundamentally related to Samsung’s AI slow motion technology. They share the same core foundation: real time control over motion trajectories, speed transitions, and frame interpolation. What you’re seeing here was shot in very windy conditions using Samsung’s Pro Video mode, continuously zooming from 5x to 25x. Aside from some slight stutter during optical lens switching points, the continuous zoom transition within digital zoom ranges is arguably the closest thing to a professional camera currently available on a smartphone. Busy day today! Today ~16,000 people flew in my free-to-play flight game made with AI 💸 Revenue update for after 10 days: +💬 19x Blimps sold at various prices = $38,000/mo + ✈️ 12x F16's sold @ $29.99 = ~$360 += $38,360/mo In-game ads are now $5,000/mo, if you want one, get them here: As I said b4, I will keep doubling the in-game ads price because I don't want the world to get too busy with ads and have to keep it exclusive!.Next $10K/mo then $20K/mo until we run out of people who want to buy them :D Today was busy mostly with installing all the sponsor ads in the game, I fixed: ✅ Playable now on low FPS ✅ Improved tank driving and turret aiming ✅ Improved rate of fire because it was slowing down when shooting ✅ Added proper refueling to 100% health if you land back at spawn point and make a full stop ✅ Installed lots of ads for all the sponsors (which was a lot of work because I didn't just wanna add blimps everywhere, I wanted some fun stuff for each sponsor) ✅ Added functioning radar on aircraft carrier (see vid) ✅ Added thank you to all sponsors on start (not load because it will never have load screens :D) screen Video games are definitely A LOT harder in many ways than regular apps, I have a new found respect for video game devs. The to-do list is about 10x to 100x as big as any SaaS app I've ever made! After watching infinite hours of 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝗹𝗮 𝗙𝗦𝗗 videos I at last got to try it first hand today in Amsterdam. 🥳 TLDR: it is so buttery-smooth and human-like that it is a boring experience... and this is the biggest compliment we can give to self driving car! 👏 Overall it handles any amount of pedestrian and bikes without harsh braking, setting the right speed in smaller roads slowing down without hard stops when interacting with pedestrians. If you have ever been in Amsterdam (or the Netherlands), you know bikes rule supreme, and FSD seems to handle 🚴🚴‍♂️without any issues, even in US, where the bulk of data comes from, bikes are not as common. People with weak cores struggle to stabilize their bodies when they walk. Every step you take sends a little punch up your leg into your hip and lower back. Planks with one or more support points removed to expose this weakness. I MADE THE BEST 2D SPRITE AI PIPELINE EVER! After testing so much, doing tons of math, trying various different methods I finally got truly the cleanest sprite result I could ask for! You should bookmark this post! ✅ I think this is the happiest 'aha' moment I've had since starting this journey. Day 48 of making a custom webGL game engine using Cursor 🔽🔽🔽 I've been trying to solve sprites since I started this project. I came close a couple of times but it was always something - either dynamic lights wouldn't work, or the genAI results would make them grainy, or I would have to have incorrect alpha etc. After so much struggling, wanting to give up, thinking it's impossible - it was finally done! Perfect matte interpolation of black & white backgrounds resulting in a clean outline of the sprite, half transparent effects keeping their full quality. But this was not enough for me. I wanted more. I wanted those dynamic lights for the most badass anime effects that I'll be creating for the next many weeks! And somehow, I managed to come up with the perfect balance that is nice to the eye with almost no visible imperfections or artifacts when using any kind of dynamic lights. I found it the best to keep the quality anime 2D style I wanted, but I guess others may work as well. 2⃣ Then, the frames are carefully extracted at lossless quality and processed via automation through Nano Banana pass to create an opposite background (white->black or black->white). 3⃣ Once we have a proper spritesheet, I then used MiDaS to compute the depth maps, and then algorithmically create PBR maps for lighting. The remaining depth maps can also be used for various effects, although haven't explored it much yet. 4⃣ Finally, all elements are cut into single frames and overlapped with their respective normal maps. If done right, they're pretty much ready for runtime. I like my heroes to be 512 to truly stand out like fighting game characters, but all of this works with far smaller or bigger sprites. Mind you, it's important to note that Nano Banana has a max output of 4k. Therefore you don't want to make your atlases larger than 4k - which is still quite a lot since it allows you 8x8 512 frames. 💡💡💡 I believe the output quality is beyond anything currently available, and I'll be looking into packaging the whole thing into a web app so people can use it. I MADE THE BEST 2D SPRITE AI PIPELINE EVER! After testing so much, doing tons of math, trying various different methods I finally got truly the cleanest sprite result I could ask for! You should bookmark this post! ✅ I think this is the happiest 'aha' moment I've had since starting this journey. Day 48 of making a custom webGL game engine using Cursor 🔽🔽🔽 I've been trying to solve sprites since I started this project. I came close a couple of times but it was always something - either dynamic lights wouldn't work, or the genAI results would make them grainy, or I would have to have incorrect alpha etc. After so much struggling, wanting to give up, thinking it's impossible - it was finally done! Perfect matte interpolation of black & white backgrounds resulting in a clean outline of the sprite, half transparent effects keeping their full quality. But this was not enough for me. I wanted more. I wanted those dynamic lights for the most badass anime effects that I'll be creating for the next many weeks! And somehow, I managed to come up with the perfect balance that is nice to the eye with almost no visible imperfections or artifacts when using any kind of dynamic lights. See for yourself! 🔽🔽🔽 How does this magic happen? 1⃣ First, the animation is created using Kling AI. F350 Rear Differential Service done right. Step by step pure ASMR. ​If you want to keep your heavy-duty truck running smoothly, keeping up with your differential maintenance is non-negotiable. Whether you are dealing with a standard cover or a high-capacity unit, taking the time to properly clean, seal, and refill your rear diff will save you from major mechanical headaches down the road. ​Here is a comprehensive breakdown of the exact process shown in the video to get the job done right. ​Step 1: Remove the Housing Bolts ​Pop the truck up on a lift or secure it on jack stands. Position a drain pan underneath the differential. Grab an impact wrench and begin backing out all of the bolts securing the differential cover to the housing. ​Pro-Tip: Leave one or two bolts loosely threaded at the very top of the cover. This keeps the cover from falling completely off and splashing old gear oil everywhere once you break the factory seal. ​Step 2: Drain the Old Fluid ​Once the lower bolts are removed, use a chisel and a dead-blow hammer to gently tap the lower edge of the cover. Pry it open slightly to break the old gasket seal and let the fluid drain smoothly into your catch pan. Once the majority of the oil has drained, remove the top safety bolts and take the cover completely off. ​Step 3: Prep the Differential Housing ​With the gears exposed, stuff a clean shop rag inside the housing cavity to protect the ring and pinion from any loose debris. Use a gasket scraper or razor to carefully peel away the old silicone sealant from the mating surface. Finally, use an air blow gun to thoroughly dry the cover, ensuring absolutely no moisture or solvent remains inside. ​Step 5: Apply New RTV Sealant ​Lay the clean cover flat on your workbench. Grab a high-performance RTV silicone sealant (ensure it is rated for gear oil exposure) and lay down a clean, continuous bead along the center of the mating flange. Make sure to loop around the inside of each bolt hole to prevent future leaks. ​Step 6: Reinstall the Cover and Torque ​Carefully align the cover back onto the differential housing, making sure not to smudge the fresh RTV bead. Hand-start all of your bolts to avoid cross-threading. Once they are all in place, use a ratchet to tighten them down in a star pattern, ensuring even pressure across the gasket surface. ​Step 7: Fill with Fresh Gear Oil ​Locate the fill plug on the side or rear of the differential and remove it. Grab your premium synthetic fluid—such as SAE 75W-85 hypoid gear lubricant. Insert the bottle nozzle into the fill hole and squeeze the fluid in. Hyperspace: The Agentic OS Apple Should Have Built On December 19th, 2024, we announced the world’s first Agentic Browser. What followed was a movement — a new category was born which led to many early products in this space and recently the hundreds of people lining up outside the The Agentic Browser Summit in San Francisco underscored that. Silicon Valley instinctively gets it, from students to tech executives, people can feel a revolutionary new change in computing is in the air. Past year taught us why such a product was inevitable, a hard engineering effort, and also the last mover in the entire software world this decade if and when done right. All paths are headed in the same direction: one tool which orchestrates them all. At Hyperspace we showed that path with essays and products we launched in earlier months: from a spatial UI of orchestrating agents, to showcasing transparent activity in how the AI system operates which leads to user trust, to presenting the software end-game, which massively improves human productivity. We also built the world’s largest AI network, drawing participation from people in almost 6000 cities around the world contributing their machines as nodes in the network. Think Uber, but for AI. That is, planetary-scale. And now we are stretching this industry ambition further with our end-to-end vision of the Agentic Supercomputer, the first breakthrough new AI OS, and an effort which spans from AI research to distributed systems to inventing a new UI to inventing a new business model to complement it. All of this together helps us in serving our mission, of delivering “Everyone’s Personal Supercomputer”. While others have built AI-native browsers, no one though has built something agentic from the ground up — with AI as the foundation, not a feature. How do you fundamentally improve the lives’ of billions around the world ? We believe that requires building a native environment for agents to be viewed, created, deployed, executed, discovered and priced in. That is a world where we move on from static apps, to dynamic agents. But, as my 2 year old niece likes to ask: “but why ?” The issue is that the world of software today is fragmented, and everyone is sprinkling on AI as a feature and charging a subscription fees for it. From browser makers, to IDEs, to design and other productivity tools. This leads to a fragmented UX, where people have to learn to use AI in each app, their memory and other context is not shared between all these apps, and they also have to pay separately for compute for each such AI-enhanced app. Each app maker has to figure out basics such as compute, and leads to the issues we saw with Cursor pricing recently. This is not the future. What if AI was the foundation instead of a feature ? What if Apple had built a fundamentally new AI OS from the ground up and what would it have looked like ? At Hyperspace, that is what we did. On July 15th we introduced three breakthrough key pillars of our AI OS: 1. Agentic Browser 2. Agentic Memory 3. Agentic Payments And we didn’t stop there. We also introduced a breakthrough new user interface called the Spatial AI which is inspired both from the spreadsheet and the HyperCard - each card is an agent, with it’s own inputs and outputs, endlessly extensible and pluggable with others, just like cells of a spreadsheet. Update one cell and all the dependents update, like a spreadsheet formula. It goes beyond a static linear workflow to being able to operate in all directions. This revolutionary new interface helps manage all of the below: 1. Multiple websites being browsed in parallel 2. Multiple desktop apps being browsed in parallel 3. In order to enable this world and the world of agents being able to pay each other in sub-cent increments millions of times a second, we had to also invent a fundamentally new agentic micropayments blockchain. All of this together would enable a world where you as a user, or the agent itself, can efficiently call and utilize other agents built by others and also pay for content which is unique and useful. This enables a move away from the current AI exploitative economy for bloggers and other content creators, to a web with a fundamental new business model.
