In fact, it’s even easier to control than the iPhone. On many other phones, video zooming requires constant finger movement and very precise control. The zoom speed can easily become inconsistent, suddenly speeding up or slowing down. Samsung works differently. You simply hold your finger at a certain position, and the phone continues zooming at a constant speed. The entire process feels extremely stable and linear. It genuinely resembles the powered zoom control of a professional video camera. This logic is fundamentally related to Samsung’s AI slow motion technology. They share the same core foundation: real time control over motion trajectories, speed transitions, and frame interpolation. What you’re seeing here was shot in very windy conditions using Samsung’s Pro Video mode, continuously zooming from 5x to 25x. Aside from some slight stutter during optical lens switching points, the continuous zoom transition within digital zoom ranges is arguably the closest thing to a professional camera currently available on a smartphone. So if the future Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra really removes the 3x telephoto camera, it could actually improve the video zoom experience further. After watching infinite hours of 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝗹𝗮 𝗙𝗦𝗗 videos I at last got to try it first hand today in Amsterdam. 🥳 TLDR: it is so buttery-smooth and human-like that it is a boring experience... and this is the biggest compliment we can give to self driving car! 👏 Overall it handles any amount of pedestrian and bikes without harsh braking, setting the right speed in smaller roads slowing down without hard stops when interacting with pedestrians. If you have ever been in Amsterdam (or the Netherlands), you know bikes rule supreme, and FSD seems to handle 🚴🚴‍♂️without any issues, even in US, where the bulk of data comes from, bikes are not as common. People with weak cores struggle to stabilize their bodies when they walk. Every step you take sends a little punch up your leg into your hip and lower back. Planks with one or more support points removed to expose this weakness. Use these 12 exercises to strengthen your core: 1 - Bird-Dog (0:06) 3 x 10/side Beginners start with this exercise because removing two support points with your knees on the floor is easier. The goal is to straighten the opposing arm and leg. A client wobbled when she removed her two support points today, which humbled her. 2 - Front Plank with Leg Lift, Elbows (0:15) 3 x 10/side The second plank involves lifting one leg at a time. Being on your elbows is easier than your straightened arms, so I'll first have people familiarize themselves with this position. Lift your leg as high as you can without swinging too much. Hold at the top for a few seconds to increase the burn. 3 - Front Plank with Arm/Leg Lift, Elbows (0:20) 3 x 10 The third plank resembles the Bird Dog, except your knees are off the floor. Straighten the opposite arm and leg at the same time, and hold. You might struggle to reach a full lengthening, so do your best and practice. Removing one hand off the floor also strengthens your shoulder blade muscles. 4 - Front Rotation Plank, Elbows (0:28) 3 x 10/side The fourth plank engages different abdominal muscles with the rotation. Your arms should point toward the ceiling, something beginners might initially struggle with. 5 - Push-Up Plank (0:34) 3 x 10 The fifth plank is excellent for building upper body strength at home. You are bound to break a sweat and work your chest and triceps. I've had many clients struggle to do more than one rep. 6 - Spider Plank, Elbows (1:01) 3 x 10/side The sixth plank improves your hip mobility as well. You want to open the leg and bring your knee to hip level while keeping in the air. 7 - Lateral Raise Plank (1:09) 3 x 10-20/side The seventh plank is done in a push-up position with your arms straight. There is now more weight on your arms, making it harder to stabilize when you remove a support point. My client tried this variation and had to regress to the Bird Dog because she couldn't support herself. Work your way up to 20 reps/side for extra posture gains. 8 - Toe Taps, Straight Arms (1:22) 3 x 10/side The eight plank has you lifting one leg toward one side and touching the floor with your toes. The contact is brief - You're tapping, not resting. 9 - Mountain Climbers with Twist (1:29) 3 x 10/side The ninth plank is a twist on the classic mountain climbers exercise. You lift one leg and bring it toward the opposite elbow, then repeat on the other side. Increase the speed to add a cardio component, but ensure you can first go through the full range of motion. 10 - Arm/Leg Lift Plank, Straight Arms (1:42) 3 x 10 The tenth plank is the final evolution of the Bird Dog in this series. Straighten your opposite arm and leg, and hold for a few seconds to increase the burn. You can also hold the lengthened position for an extended period, like 30 to 60 seconds. 11 - Plank Jacks (1:54) 3 x 30-60s The eleventh plank is a variation of the classic Jumping Jack. This dynamic exercise adds a cardio component to your core workout. Shuffle both feet toward the side, then jump back to the starting position, Ensure you keep your hips aligned with your head and shoulders. You want to avoid your lower back crashing below them and potentially hurting yourself. 12 - Knee to Elbow Plank, Straight Arms (2:01) 3 x 10/side This series's twelfth and final plank requires the most stability and mobility. Most people are unable to reach their knee to the elbow. I MADE THE BEST 2D SPRITE AI PIPELINE EVER! After testing so much, doing tons of math, trying various different methods I finally got truly the cleanest sprite result I could ask for! You should bookmark this post! ✅ I think this is the happiest 'aha' moment I've had since starting this journey. Day 48 of making a custom webGL game engine using Cursor 🔽🔽🔽 I've been trying to solve sprites since I started this project. I came close a couple of times but it was always something - either dynamic lights wouldn't work, or the genAI results would make them grainy, or I would have to have incorrect alpha etc. After so much struggling, wanting to give up, thinking it's impossible - it was finally done! Perfect matte interpolation of black & white backgrounds resulting in a clean outline of the sprite, half transparent effects keeping their full quality. But this was not enough for me. I wanted more. I wanted those dynamic lights for the most badass anime effects that I'll be creating for the next many weeks! And somehow, I managed to come up with the perfect balance that is nice to the eye with almost no visible imperfections or artifacts when using any kind of dynamic lights. See for yourself! 🔽🔽🔽 How does this magic happen? 1⃣ First, the animation is created using Kling AI. I found it the best to keep the quality anime 2D style I wanted, but I guess others may work as well. 2⃣ Then, the frames are carefully extracted at lossless quality and processed via automation through Nano Banana pass to create an opposite background (white->black or black->white). 3⃣ Once we have a proper spritesheet, I then used MiDaS to compute the depth maps, and then algorithmically create PBR maps for lighting. The remaining depth maps can also be used for various effects, although haven't explored it much yet. 4⃣ Finally, all elements are cut into single frames and overlapped with their respective normal maps. If done right, they're pretty much ready for runtime. I like my heroes to be 512 to truly stand out like fighting game characters, but all of this works with far smaller or bigger sprites. Mind you, it's important to note that Nano Banana has a max output of 4k. Therefore you don't want to make your atlases larger than 4k - which is still quite a lot since it allows you 8x8 512 frames. 💡💡💡 I believe the output quality is beyond anything currently available, and I'll be looking into packaging the whole thing into a web app so people can use it. F350 Rear Differential Service done right. Step by step pure ASMR. ​If you want to keep your heavy-duty truck running smoothly, keeping up with your differential maintenance is non-negotiable. Whether you are dealing with a standard cover or a high-capacity unit, taking the time to properly clean, seal, and refill your rear diff will save you from major mechanical headaches down the road. ​Here is a comprehensive breakdown of the exact process shown in the video to get the job done right. ​Step 1: Remove the Housing Bolts ​Pop the truck up on a lift or secure it on jack stands. Position a drain pan underneath the differential. Grab an impact wrench and begin backing out all of the bolts securing the differential cover to the housing. ​Pro-Tip: Leave one or two bolts loosely threaded at the very top of the cover. This keeps the cover from falling completely off and splashing old gear oil everywhere once you break the factory seal. ​Step 2: Drain the Old Fluid ​Once the lower bolts are removed, use a chisel and a dead-blow hammer to gently tap the lower edge of the cover. Pry it open slightly to break the old gasket seal and let the fluid drain smoothly into your catch pan. Once the majority of the oil has drained, remove the top safety bolts and take the cover completely off. ​Step 3: Prep the Differential Housing ​With the gears exposed, stuff a clean shop rag inside the housing cavity to protect the ring and pinion from any loose debris. Use a gasket scraper or razor to carefully peel away the old silicone sealant from the mating surface. Follow up with a die grinder equipped with a surface conditioning disc to polish the flange completely clean, then remove the rag and wipe down the interior edge with brake cleaner. ​Step 4: Deep Clean the Diff Cover ​Take the removed differential cover over to a parts washer. Use a solvent brush to scrub out any residual sludge, metal filings, and old oil. If the exterior has built-up road grime or rust, give it a quick pressure wash or hose down. Finally, use an air blow gun to thoroughly dry the cover, ensuring absolutely no moisture or solvent remains inside. ​Step 5: Apply New RTV Sealant ​Lay the clean cover flat on your workbench. Grab a high-performance RTV silicone sealant (ensure it is rated for gear oil exposure) and lay down a clean, continuous bead along the center of the mating flange. Make sure to loop around the inside of each bolt hole to prevent future leaks. ​Step 6: Reinstall the Cover and Torque ​Carefully align the cover back onto the differential housing, making sure not to smudge the fresh RTV bead. Hand-start all of your bolts to avoid cross-threading. Once they are all in place, use a ratchet to tighten them down in a star pattern, ensuring even pressure across the gasket surface. ​Step 7: Fill with Fresh Gear Oil ​Locate the fill plug on the side or rear of the differential and remove it. Grab your premium synthetic fluid—such as SAE 75W-85 hypoid gear lubricant. Insert the bottle nozzle into the fill hole and squeeze the fluid in. You will need to continue filling until the fluid level reaches the bottom edge of the fill hole and just begins to weep out. ​Step 8: Reinstall the Fill Plug & Inspect ​Wipe away any excess fluid that leaked out during the filling process. Reinstall the fill plug and torque it to spec. Give the entire assembly one final look to ensure your seals are clean and dry.
