Games that deserved a sequel and never got one: Colonization (MicroProse, 1994) This one will always boggle my mind. Colonization was one of the best games of the 90s, yet no sequel was ever made, which saddens me to this day.

In terms of immersion, it was one of LucasArts' best games ever and a milestone of 90s adventure games.
