The crowd won this game. It inspired the Knights and rattled Charleston. Statistically, Charleston dominated, but the will to win by Gannon made the difference.

Greatest Night in Erie Sports History. Unforgettable DH watching tough, determined, & team players from women' & men's teams become Atlantic Region Champs. A first in NCAA D II a school hosted a split region. Electric atmosphere with energy from students & fans with chants.
