So, I'm just just going to go ahead and say what a lot of people are already thinking about or are already in agreement with (due to their own first-hand experiences) in saying that, ever since the unfortunate passing of the late Akira Toriyama, the torch of his memory which SHOULD’VE been handled with honor, now feels like it has been dropped by the very company who was entrusted with preserving his legacy. I love Dragon Ball. I have been a fan of this franchise for over 25 years. I have poured my time, my money and a large part of my life into this franchise. Dragon Ball has given me more than I could possibly begin to express or put into words. My passion and my love for Dragon Ball is real. But to me, I think that the heads of the Dragon Ball IP and the executives who call the shots have done nothing but stagnate this franchise into the void because within recent years, they have done nothing provide us with a clear and transparent roadmap to look forward to. There have been no new updates or developments leading up to the return of the Dragon Ball Super Manga and the next major arc to unfold within it. Which speaking of “New DBS Arcs”, they introduced Black Frieza for the very first time (from literally out of nowhere, mind you) which happened 3 YEARS AGO, in watching him close out the Granolah Arc, only to NEVER BE SEEN or heard from by anyone, ever again with the exception of cover art. The Dragon Ball Super Anime was abandoned in March 2018 (Yes, abandoned - don’t try and insulate otherwise). Dragon Ball Daima ended (with the English dub ending soon). The Super Dragon Ball Heroes Anime and Manga were both shit-canned and have ended. Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero was 3 years ago. Dragon Ball Super: Broly was almost 7 years ago. Battle of Gods and Resurrection F are both 10+ years old. The games are currently carrying the IP forward, but to what extent? The list goes on. And You know EXACTLY what I’m talking about as well because everyone has felt it and everyone can see it. The company behind this franchise and the figureheads who sit in charge of having to oversee it, are clueless, indecisive and directionless. There are NO EXCUSES behind their inconsistency, no matter how badly someone tries to tell you otherwise. I love Dragon Ball, and I'm pretty certain that YOU do as well. Dragon Ball deserves so much better. The fans deserve so much better. And Akira Toriyama’s legacy deserves to be highlighted for what it’s done and for what it’s grown into, and not simply kept frozen within corporate indecision, incompetence and greed. Just my two cents on the matter.

I appreciate that this culture is so accepted here. _ Dragon Ball's success lies in a story that is simple in a good way. When there's a fight, there's no need to read a block of text to understand. This makes the series accessible to everyone, no matter who you are or where you live in the world. The simplicity of the work is its strength. _ When I was young, my first encounter with Dragon Ball was through animation. I hadn't yet read the manga, but I loved it, and then I bought the V-Jump magazine, which was pre-publishing Dragon Ball. There was a fight between Vegeta and Goku, and I was completely hooked. I wanted to draw Dragon Ball. At the time, there were card games in which I drew the main characters. I went to see the Japanese publisher Shueisha. I started showing them my work. And one thing led to another, and I was in contact with Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball, and I started working with him on the manga Dragon Ball Super in 2015. _ My favorite character is Granola because when I drew him and presented him to Akira Toriyama, he immediately said, "OK," "That's great, go for it." So it has has taken me a bit longer to post this because I’ve had so many emotions swirling about Akira Toriyama’s passing… I’ve just really been thinking about my Dragon Ball fandom over the years and it almost seems silly that something that is supposed to be a mere animated series has influenced my life in so many deep and meaningful ways. From pushing myself to the limit of my potential, both for my own benefit as well as my family’s, to setting an example for my kids and other people to follow, I, along with millions of others, was inspired many times over by the essence of the Dragon Ball franchise. I have always found such brilliance in the fact that Akira Toriyama created a legendary franchise that hits on totally different levels depending on the phase of life you are experiencing. Watching Dragon Ball as a child summons to the surface totally differently emotions entirely than it does watching as an adult…yet each experience is equally impactful. Genius, really. I just wanted to share my gratitude for Akira Toriyama’s graciousness and willingness to continue to share his massive vision with all of us over the years, and consequently making Dragon Ball a perennial franchise that is and will forever be one of the most influential pop culture phenomenons in anime history. ——— #akiratoriyama #ThankYouAkiraToriyama

Delta has completely dropped the ball on this. My family and I have been stranded at Atlanta airport for 4 days now. 0 car rentals 0 hotels (was able to get one through a rewards program 25 minutes from the airport for tonight) 0 available flights 4-5 hours in line to even talk to a person Thousands of flights canceled. Thousand of people sleeping on the floor for days. Thousands of lost bags with no one to claim them. I’ve flown over 30 times in the last 4 years and never seen anything like this even during Covid. We have two flights booked for tomorrow and hope to catch one of them to make it home.

Anyone who is planning to buy an EV anytime in near future .. Do watch this video. Don't miss this one.. And Even I can share my personal observation based on most of my contacts who has gone for EV in last 3-4 years.. Each one of the them regretted the decision and called it a big mistake .. Complete wastage of money and resources.. As their is just no resale value and second hand people don't touch it even.. Reasons I hope known to everyone .. This coach was teaching his students how to play dodgeball. He started with teaching them how to dodge the ball. He gave them an advantage by using a bigger ball than they would be normally using. Was he crossing the line for pelting them? As I mentioned before I was pretty good at the game, I used to throw the ball insanely hard, most of the time the other kid’s didn’t have time to react. The only rule we had in school was no head shots. I remember being sat out of gym for dodgeball because I saw an opening and I took the shot. I was aiming for her feet and not anything else. However she decided she would try to slide because she thought I was going to throw it high. She slid right into the path of the ball and got belted in the head, knocking off her glasses and breaking them. Of course she cried, I felt bad for it as I wasn’t trying to hit her in the face nonetheless throw the ball at her hard. But it didn’t matter, i still was punished for it even though i tried to explain how it was an accident. I wasn’t punished beyond that but being sat out of the game was punishment enough for me since I liked the game so much. Being a parent now I get it, I wouldn’t want that to happen but I would understand it as part of the game. Would you be upset if another kid hit your child in the face with the ball or is it really just part of the game? I think it’s time we bring this game back to schools.

If they don't throw the ball ahead & play more in transition…they gotta get away from 1 action 1 shot, I mean the ball has got to move. And that's Mike Brown's forte. How to set up the tee for a pitch down the middle, inside & outside. I see far too many athletes setting up incorrectly when doing tee work at my clinics and I see it from all ages. I can’t stress enough how important it is to have the tee in the correct spot. You can have the best swing in the world but if your contact point is off, it does you no good. For a pitch down the middle, you’ll want to make contact with the ball about even with your front foot in order to stay connected and hit for maximum power. Inside will be right outside of front foot and outside will be right inside of front foot. Letting the ball travel too deep will jam you and catching too far out front will force you to hit the ball off the end of the bat and roll over. So for those wanting to change swing mechanics so quickly for mishitting the ball, check your contact points first.

Introducing the “Get” action in basketball to lacrosse! The “Get” is a 2man action where a player passes the ball to another player and sprints to go “Get” it back on a handoff. This action has similar concepts and reads to pick and roll, but the picker is actually the ball handler! In lacrosse, we have been experimenting with Gets because it creates so many interesting situations and reads for the players. The way we teach it in small sided games is to have one offensive player declare “I’m shut” and the defense has to face-guard him. From there we pick for the shut off player trying to spring them free for the Get. The ball handler has to engage and control their defender, anticipating the shut player trying to get open. The shut player can backdoor if being overplayed towards the get (rejecting the get), receive a flip, or continue curling around the ball getting open for a late pass. The ball handler can feed the reject, flip the ball, or fake the flip to attack the goal or make a late pass to the shut payer curling to the goal. I’ve seen examples of this run in men’s and women’s DI lacrosse at Ohio State and Northwestern, respectively and I’ve run this myself when I was coaching HS girls lacrosse. You will also see on this reel a sick application for Gets vs. a common big-little invert coverage where the short stick doesn’t go behind with his man and plays “Safety” in front of the net. Gets are fun for the players, are incredible for teaching your players 2man game on and off ball, dealing with double teams, and creativity with passing, and can be used to score goals. The shut player can backdoor if being overplayed towards the get (rejecting the get), receive a flip, or continue curling around the ball getting open for a late pass. The ball handler can feed the reject, flip the ball, or fake the flip to attack the goal or make a late pass to the shut payer curling to the goal. I’ve seen examples of this run in men’s and women’s DI lacrosse at Ohio State and Northwestern, respectively and I’ve run this myself when I was coaching HS girls lacrosse. You will also see on this reel a sick application for Gets vs. a common big-little invert coverage where the short stick doesn’t go behind with his man and plays “Safety” in front of the net. Gets are fun for the players, are incredible for teaching your players 2man game on and off ball, dealing with double teams, and creativity with passing, and can be used to score goals. Cameron Young is playing with a golf ball that would allegedly be compliant with the new roll back rules that will come into effect in a few years time. He was asked about it ahead of the PGA Championship and he says every player in the game is sacrificing distance for control, and he put it in play at the Wyndham last year which he won. “I think I put it in play the same reason that everybody else plays the ball that they play. I hit it during a ball test, one of the Titleist facilities probably close to two years ago and didn't know anything about it and just kind of say, hey, what's that one? Because I liked the flight. “Then as things progressed, I was able to test it last year at Wyndham, able to put that in play, and it's been there since. “Obviously there is no conforming list. I wasn't aware that it would have -- I suppose I read something that said it passed that test, but I wasn't aware of that until very recently. “So at no point was that a consideration. It was just really me trying to optimize my golf, and it's the ball that seems to work the best for me.” He then was asked whether he lost distance with it compared to other balls he’s tested: “Not particularly. I don't think any of us are out really here playing the ball that goes the farthest. I think you'd struggle to find a single person that's doing that. We're all sacrificing a certain amount of things that we feel are worth it, control with irons, control with wedges. For me, that's the biggest thing is being able to control spin, and this is the ball that does the best for me.” Finally he can as asked whether this ball goes further than the one he was using: “No, I hit very similar, yeah. It's much more -- the driver is kind of the easiest thing to deal with, I feel like. For me to get it where it needed to be, I had to just add a little bit of spin, and it kind of comes out at a perfectly playable range. “For me, the biggest thing, like I said, is the irons. This ball is easier to control with the irons. There’s no way I’m sleeping in my bed tonight. I’m taping off the doors and crashing on the couch with a makeshift flamethrower next to me. I’m not even afraid of bugs, but what I am afraid of is weird fuckin noises coming from my medicine cabinet and then when I open it, I see nothing. Then when I close it and I walk away, I hear the fuckin sound again, and it literally stops the second I turn around like it fuckin knows. It also stops when I shine a light on it from the doorway, when I get too close to it, and when I fuckin look at it. I’m especially afraid of whatever the fuck is in there because it literally won’t die. I wrote off every item in there and dumped a bottle of Clorox and bee spray in there like I was putting out a fuckin fire. I’m either fuckin hallucinating or there’s some kind of creature in my medicine cabinet that is intentionally fucking with me. Can you hear it? Have I finally gone off the reservation? Oh one final thing, this has been going on for three days I just thought it was my tv making a weird noise but everything in that room is now unplugged. How the hell has it survived 3 days in there??

The first part took place at night in this mysterious forest; this new part will allow you to explore the forest during the day. In the nighttime animation of the forest, there's only background music. Here, I've done the opposite: there's no music, only sound effects. The video itself is a kind of audio-visual discovery experience through this forest. Animation AIs are developing much faster than those for audio, even though audio is just as important. I'm excited for AIs to make progress in this area .
