If it’s too thick.. add club soda GRADUALLY. ONCE THE SHRIMP IS SEMI FROZEN, LIGHTLY DUNK IT IN THE WET BATTER, USE YA HANDS TO KEEP THE SHAPE OF THE RING AND TO LATHER THE BATTER ON IT. THEN THROW IT IN THE DRY BATTER (1 and 1 Half Cup of Flour - Plain) Fry for like 4 minutes on each side - depends on how big the rings are though. 2 Tablespoons of garlic butter Parmesan Cheese
