he has 46 goals in past 5 seasons but only started 90 of those games.

I don't agree on the finishing part. That's what's missing. He needs to work on his ability in front of goal.

I have seen him play for Villa and he is the same exact player, good outside the box, poor inside it. Will score some good goals and miss plenty as well. His shooting mechanics are still not the greatest
