Gary Lineker saying what almost every normal human being thinks. Killing children is wrong. There's no reason, no history, no imagined future that excuses or justifies it. And it's certainly not antisemitic to say that.

Why don’t you first demand the release of all hostages.

@Lionslad By that logic there would never be a retaliation against an aggressor ever. Yeah, let your enemies murder, rape and kill women and children without censure. Address the fcuking problem. Hamas are the ones fcukkng over Gaza. No elections since 2006? Not releasing hostages?

Gary Lineker managed to be silent over what started this war, the atrocities of Oct 7/23 where women and babies were beaten, raped, disemboweled, dismembered, and burnt. Vile, inhuman carnage that only a sordid type of barbaric evil could dream up to do. Silence was golden then.

Strange - he had nothing to say about the children killed or taken hostage by Hamas on 7 October.

I am old enough to have met a survivor of the Holocaust when I was a child. A lovely gentle lady who became a family friend. She was grateful to non Jews who risked their lives to rescue her and other Jews. She would be appalled by this mass killing in Gazza.

Well said @GaryLineker Our UK Government has failed all of humanity & what it means to be human, placing politics beyond human lives. Your voice is important & hopefully let's others recognise they too have a voice to speak out.

Gary Lineker speaks for the vast majority of us with a heart and a conscience.

Ever the social media opportunist, Lineker, here, using yet another human tragedy to raise his profile.

He never commented on the 7/10 massacre of Israeli children though did he. We see him👀🇮🇱

My question to everyone is……knowing how it ended and what was discovered towards the end If WW2 happened today and we were able to see all of the fighting and aftermath of the Allied and German bombing of cities being live streamed Would you demand a ceasefire? Would you condemn our government and soldiers for the consequences of war?
