In the first video, people in Donetsk are seen greeting a water tanker. In the second video, during the rain, people try to collect at least a drop of water because the water pipeline from the Siverskyi Donets was destroyed by the Russians. When Donetsk was not occupied by Russia, the city hosted the European Football Championship, as well as concerts by Rihanna and Beyoncé. Now, there is no more running water in the city. According to the schedule, water only appears in taps once every three days, and even then it doesn’t reach every household, so water has to be delivered by tankers, with long queues forming for it. People use plastic bags as toilets, and this filth spreads everywhere. This is happening not only in Donetsk - water is supplied once every two days in a number of other cities, including Mariupol. This is how Russia 'liberated' Donbas. Why is this happening? In the past three and a half years - since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 - reservoirs in Donetsk Oblast have significantly dried up. The water supply system from the Siverskyi Donets River was destroyed. The region’s reservoirs and underground water sources are not enough to meet the needs of the population, in part due to the extensive network of coal mines. When the self-proclaimed “DPR” and “LPR” were created in 2014, Ukraine did not cut off this water channel, as it was still supplying water to Mariupol, which remained under Ukrainian control. But at the start of the Russian invasion in February 2022, the situation changed: the Russian army, during its offensive, destroyed a unique hydraulic structure that had supplied the region’s largest cities with water. The Russian authorities decided to build a new canal - the Don–Donbas canal - which was supposed to begin in the Rostov-on-Don area. It soon became clear that the new water pipeline, first of all, could not provide the region with the necessary amount of water, and second, it was built with numerous violations, with a large portion of the budget embezzled during construction. Crimea is also suffering from a water shortage, and the situation is worsening. One of the reasons why Russia is striving to seize southern Ukraine is that it sees this as a way to "solve the water issue" for the occupied territories.

This is quite funny. We're visiting Kamakura in Japan and we came across a large group of Chinese tourists in a place that, at first glance, looked nothing special. Turns out that this very spot is one of THE most iconic locations in Japan for Chinese people who grew up in the 1990s. Why? Because in the 1990s there was this Japanese basketball manga called "slam dunk" that every kid was watching in China, and the opening credits featured an image of this very spot: a railroad crossing on a small street leading to the beach in Kamakura. Apparently this place is so popular with Chinese tourists that they had to cordon it off at some point. Now it's obviously reopened with 3 guards assigned to handle the traffic. And now that they've heard about it, it's my daughters' turn to be hooked on the series so maybe in 20 years' time they'll be perpetuating the passion and come back to this "Slam Dunk" shrine ☺️

Karen Read's new attorney, Charles Waters, just went on national television and stated John O'Keefe had "difficult relationships" with the people "inside that house." This is a complete and utter lie. There was ZERO animosity between John O'Keefe and ANY person who was there that evening. Not a good idea to make insinuations when your client is in the middle of a massive defamation suit.

BREAKING BBC Scotland has changed its editorial policy today in order to mention Jordan Linden's former party in news bulletins. In August when a former Labour councillor was sentenced for sex offences against a child there was no mention of the party. See video clips. Today BBC Scotland has adopted a different editorial policy for the SNP. There is no justifiable reason for changing the editorial policy on the final day of the Scottish election campaign. This is corruption, pure and simple.

An old military base that has the life-size replica of the White House. (Some think "Biden" filed there) Democratic debate for the 2020 election was filmed there. Then.... "Valhalla Entertainment"? Where did Kash say he would see Charlie Kirk? Valhalla? The Walking Dead? Not to mention the other 2 major credits to: "Idiot Box".... and "Circle of Confusion"??? Is it me?????? Or........ are they telling us something right to our faces.

The one thing we absolutely know with certainty about the Richat Structure is that there was an incredible amount of human activity here from the dawn of toolmaking and tool use itself. The Acheulean Hand Axe is the second tool that humans ever made and this technology spread throughout Africa, Europe and Asia while no definitive evidence exists that this technology ever made it to the Americas. I think this is evidence that this technology was shared and disseminated intentionally, that neighboring humans didn’t come up with this independently on their own but this was a legacy, an institution, a skill and an industry that was shared and taught. What you are looking at is a 2005 GMC Canyon that came in for an AC issue. Right away I found the Schrader valve leaking Freon. I evacuated the system to replace both high and low side Schrader valves and came to find out it was full of refrigerant at 0.73 kilograms, which is full to specifications. The last shop told the owner the system was junk and needed everything replaced: compressor, condenser, and all. Want to know what the problem was? They unplugged the compressor clutch and said the system was cooked. I plugged the compressor back in, replaced the Schrader valves, evacuated and refilled it. It blows ice cold, and the low side was running at 30 psi on a 90-degree day. There are some very shady motherfuckers in Vegas, that’s what I have to say about that.
