@garyseconomics The UK can't compete if the wealthy leave, pay no tax, and take their wealth abroad. With cheap labor and state-owned sectors elsewhere, it's impossible to thrive. For the future, we must ensure wealth is earned and reinvested here.

@garyseconomics This is a dangerous narrative. Class or culture war isn’t going to solve our problems. We need to get back to highly educated, productive and aspiring economy. At the moment we are cheering 1% growth and not even looking at GDP per capita
