🚨GAUCI REPORTS: RYAN FIRESTONE RELEASED ON BAIL AFTER SHOCK COURT TURNAROUND After months in custody at HMP Bedford, Ryan Firestone has now been unexpectedly released on bail following a hearing at St Albans Crown Court. Even Ryan himself admitted he was shocked by the sudden turnaround, especially after previously being repeatedly remanded over address and disclosure issues. I sat down with Ryan for an exclusive interview following his release, where he speaks candidly about prison conditions, life behind bars and the reality of the UK prison system in 2026. He describes some disturbing experiences during his time inside, the difficulties he faced whilst self-representing and why he believes many prisoners are being failed by the system. Ryan also reflects honestly on the fact that while some people clearly belong in prison, others perhaps should never have been there in the first place. The hearing itself saw the judge move the trial date back to May 2028. But the story didn’t end there… When Ryan finally walked out of court, he had no wallet, no bank cards, no phone, no keys and no access to his belongings - just boxes of legal paperwork. After waiting outside court for hours, we then had to contact HMP Bedford and drive all the way back to the prison in the hope his property could be recovered before he was effectively left stranded. Thankfully, prison staff were helpful and eventually managed to retrieve his belongings after another long wait. There is also expected to be a further case management hearing in July - believed to be around 17th July, (although I double check) where the court will review how the case proceeds moving forward. Ryan has now finally been provided with a significant amount of paperwork and material from the CPS, giving him the opportunity over the coming weeks to properly review the evidence, prepare his defence statement and continue preparing his case. 🚨COURT UPDATE: 13/03/26 Ryan Firestone Remanded In Custody - Again! Firestone Actual I’ve just returned from St Albans Crown Court where Ryan Firestone has been remanded in custody at HMP Bedford. The judge ruled Ryan cannot be released because he currently does not have a suitable residential address where he can stay overnight. A business address he previously provided was accepted for correspondence only, but the court said it cannot be used as a place to live. Police produced a TR1 transfer document suggesting the property Ryan believed he owned was sold last year, something Ryan strongly disputes. Ryan told the court he is defending himself and said being in custody will make it extremely difficult to prepare for his trial in April. If a verified residential address can be found, a fresh bail application may be possible. There are still many unanswered questions around the property and what has happened. I’ll continue following the case closely.

I've been in process on disclosure day since 2017. I found the story and wrote the story in 2023 and then David Kemp came on board the following year and he adapted my story into a screenplay and then we worked together in the script for a long time. A few months ago, 2 of my daughter’s teammates were killed in a crash in FL. They were driving down to FL to meet their parents for Spring Break. The driver (a senior and the brother of the girl in this updated video was also killed). Some of my followers from Atlanta have been following this story and asked me in private how the surviving teen was doing. I just wanted to provide a recent video from the Sheriff’s dept showing her progress. Please keep all the families in your thoughts and prayers. (Sound on)
