Given what we are witnessing today, can we really say that we have completely eradicated this ideology? That is what we understand denazification to be. We need to get rid of the people who allow this theory and practice to survive and who try to protect it. That is denazification. That is what we mean.

Had the chance to train one of our G7 Bootcamp clients in person, and loved every second of it. When we started, his bench max was 85. He didn’t think he could do more. I knew he could. With a little reassurance and a lot of belief, he went for it.. and moved the weight with ease. That’s what this is really about. Training the MIND so the BODY can follow. I may not know everything about biomechanics or physiology, but what I do know is how to help people see what they’re capable of before they believe it themselves. And once that switch flips… everything changes. G7 Mindset. 🧠💪🏽⚡️

I’m from Canada, but the men and women I serve with here are my family. Yesterday, I watched a video of one of my closest friends dying. There was nothing we could do to save him. That is the reality we are living in. But there is something we can still do for the ones who are alive. Every shotgun in our hands is a chance to stop a drone. Every shotgun is a chance for someone to make it home. A shotgun is not just a weapon here, it is survival. I can’t run fundraising campaigns the way others might. We are limited to a Ukrainian charity, and even speaking about this carries risks for us. So today I’m asking for something simple, but powerful. Please share this. Share it so more people understand what we are facing. Share it so we have a chance to get what we need. Share it because right now, that is how you can help keep us alive. This is basically about the limits of our knowledge. You can think there is no limit to what we may want to know but I claim that essentially in any human endeavor, what people are searching for have the property that when a solution is found, it is easily recognized. NP are all problems that we can honestly say we really want to solve and P are those that we can solve. Whether they are equal is just the very fact that a solution can be easily recognized would imply that it can be efficiently found. That means that we can know everything we ever want to know, it's a fundamental question about human knowledge."
