This is so very true. obasanjo and jonathan directly benefitted my family. My folks were civil servants and they were allowed to buy the government house that they lived in during the privatization. That house had a big land and that was what my mama used to train all of us.

We were given the right to first refusal. The property went for 5 million naira and my poor mother could not afford it. She almost gave up but eventually got a very high interest loan. Civil servants today are not even given right to first refusal these days.
