I lost 8k n gcash and even after so many reports n emails, nothing was done ! In fact, they accused me of sharing my mpin ! What a lame excuse for incompetence ! You guys are true to your name ! GCash ..meaning GONE CASH !!!

And gcash has no live customer service agents which makes it difficult in addressing issues encountered.. and there "submit a ticket" takes ages to reply.
