GearNL wrapped in a leather straitjacket, never felt more secure??? The snug embrace brings an oddly calming sense of protection - like every worry just melts away. It's a strange but extreme powerful comfort. strafobjekt dust_berlin any ideas?

People assume being sissy is only about sexualization, but that's not true. Dressing differently brings comfort and a sense of self. It can be emotionally uplifting. It was never just about sexuality. Sometimes it's simply about feeling like yourself. #femboy #sissy #pottachi

When the missing man splits the sky, it's not just a turn it's a vow never to forget those who never came home. The missing man formation traces back to WWII bomber crews honoring fallen comrades. Aircrafts fly in close echelon; one pulls up and away, leaving a silent gap where a brother once flew. It's more than tradition-it's a living promise. Every year, thousands witness that empty sky and feel the weight of sacrifice. For veterans and families, the missing man's gap isn't just airspace; it's hallowed ground.

I spent over 35 years in Huntington Beach, and hearing about what happened in Newport Beach hits a little different. That stretch of coastline always felt like a place where life moved a little easier, sun, salt air, and a sense that things like this just didn't happen there. People who've never lived in Orange County might not understand that feeling. It wasn't just a location, it was a rhythm, a mindset. Safe, familiar, almost insulated in its own way. So when something like this breaks through, it shakes more than just the headlines, it shakes the memory of what that place has always been to those of us who called it home. ✌️

I'm seeing a lot of people saying it is just a bad upscaling instead of Gen AI, but it is indeed Gen AI animation. There are things going on in it that just don't make any sense for puppet animation. Here are some parts that make it clear, I slowed down the video so it's easier to notice the chunky parts. I checked the past ADs and it's possible to notice details (from an animator's POV) that are common and make sense for human work, so it was definitely a choice to use AI on this new AD

Some used to always question or clown Yuji's lack of fighting knowledge/experience prior to JJK, but look at this lol. He was so dominant that it felt unfair. It's like they were moving in slowmo to him. What's the point of learning anything beyond that if you don't enjoy fighting. For Yuji violence was just a means to an end & he never went beyond that. His vice was underage gambling, but that's a different matter lmao. #JujutsuKaisen #JJK

When I play arcade games at home, I could just set them to free play, but I actually prefer inserting coins myself. The sound of the coin rolling in and the credit counter going up is a huge part of the experience for me. It really brings back the feeling of being in an arcade back then. That’s why I even use an old cigarette ashtray as a coin holder. At first, I bought a chair that looked similar to an arcade stool, but the height felt strangely uncomfortable. So I ended up ordering actual Japanese arcade stools from a company in Japan, and the height is just perfect👌 Once you own an arcade cabinet, collecting little accessories like that becomes part of the fun too. And when you hang game posters on the wall, the whole atmosphere becomes incredible😆

Watching White men dutifully contribute to the erasure of White history - the erasure of their own heritage - geuinely sickens me. Sure, there are bigger fish to fry than rigging workers “just doing their job,” but any instance where “just doing your job” contributes to the War On White People is a chance for you to choose good over evil. Unfortunately, very few ever choose the former. Today's removal of the statues of three Confederate heroes in Richmond was contracted out to A&A Rigging. Like seemingly everything else, A&A Rigging is owned by a private equity firm; Olympus Partners. Private equity, of course, has been one of the most powerful forces against White people. But regardless of how bad the people at the top are, the fact remains that every single White man on site in Richmond today had the opportunity to say no to this anti-White cultural revolution. But every single one of them complied. They all “just did their job.” And it's fucking disgraceful.

Tonight was heavy. 💔 Watching Thelma walk out of those doors didn’t just feel like an eviction, it felt like a piece of Mide’s heart leaving with her. Their bond was one of the purest and strongest we’ve seen this season, the laughter, encouragement, support, and a sisterhood that reminded us of the beauty of genuine connections even in a competitive space. Thelma may have left the house, but her light, energy, and impact will never be forgotten. We love you Thelma Thelma Lawson ❤️❤️ #MideIwasokun #BBNaija

Just like ice cream, we all have our own favorite flavor. Some people love chocolate, some prefer vanilla. Vanilla is smooth and chocolate is bold, but together, they make the best kind of swirl. The best blends are created from difference. Like a well-balanced sundae, some people are meant to bring out the best in each other's flavor. Life is a better scoop when we embrace our own flavor while celebrating the mix. We’re better together—different flavors in one perfect bowl. Now, more than ever, in a world of rocky road and vanilla, be the sundae that brings all the flavors together. #BetterTogether #IceCreamPhilosophy ctto

Phase 1 of Circle (2020-2024) has been all about completing the all-in-one stack with community, courses, events, live streaming, payments, chat, etc. We're not done yet, but close. Phase 2 of Circle (2025-?) will be all about enabling mind-blowing experiences that don't get to exist today because a truly powerful and flexible all-in-one platform like ours doesn't really exist today. In other words, it's going to be about building connective tissue between every part of the stack to enable novel experiences. The paid events feature we launched today gives you a surface teaser of what phase 2 will feel like as we go deeper and connect every part of Circle, but it's just a teaser. The future is truly exciting for creators and community builders.

Rihanna recently opened up in an interview about the early days with A$AP Rocky. She confessed that when they first got together, she wasn’t fully convinced he was “the one” and briefly returned to her ex Chris Brown.“He was so gentle and grounded, but a piece of me kept thinking he was too calm… too secure,” she shared. “I believed I needed someone with more fire and edge. So I went back to Chris. At the time he felt like the stronger, more passionate choice.Looking back, I see that Rocky was always the real one. Steady. Loyal. The kind of man you can truly build a future with and feel safe beside.”She said reconnecting with him felt like finally returning to where she belonged. “Sometimes you have to walk away from the right person just to realise why they were right for you the entire time.”Now we are blessed with kids and more on the way.

Men really are out there remaining blissfully unaware of their most potent superpower: Their ability to provide a profound sense of safety. When a woman encounters a man who can consistently make her feel secure, not just physically protected from harm, but also mentally at ease (free from a judgmental attitude or erratic behavior) and emotionally supported (heard, understood and cherished) she responds with an almost instinctive surrender to him. In this space of safety, her defenses dissolve, her mind eases, she practically melts into her soft feminine side with vulnerability and trust. From there, her devotion deepens dramatically. She becomes willing to invest extraordinary amounts of effort, loyalty and affection, often going to great lengths to nurture and please the man who unlocks this rare feeling for her. It's not about grand gestures, saying the right words or any amount of wealth; it's the quiet, reliable assurance that she can finally lower her guard without regretting it. 🌸🤍

“When Namjoon bowed in front of ARMY, it felt like more than gratitude— it felt like humility shaped by years of love and responsibility folding into one quiet moment. And then Jungkook, sitting just beside him, gently caressing his back, showed a different kind of respect; quiet, protective, deeply personal. It was the kind of gesture that doesn't ask to be noticed but stays with you anyway.. And when Jungkook bowed too, it felt like he wasn't just following, but honoring both his fans and the man he looks up to. It wasn't rehearsed, it wasn't loud, but it said everything. This is BTS for you.” Me saying the caption made me cry is an understatement. Freaking ugly sobbing rn.

One of the most compelling moments in Roger Rabbit, which I never hear singled out for attention, is when Eddie briefly has to fight the weasels in the bar. It's the only time when any human is in imminent danger of actually being killed by a Toon, which makes them feel "real" in a way that all subsequent RR "inspired" films have never done - by making them a legitimate threat to human beings & not just a silly sideshow. Yeah, Eddie fights Doom at the end, but he's like a Supervillain at that point - here the weasels are just using things like bladed weapons, & Eddie is smashing bottles in their faces - it's played straight, it's the grittiest thing in the movie. If anyone tries to make another live action / animation hybrid film that aspires to the level of immersive fantasy this one did, they should exploit that angle because the contrast between unreal cartoon characters & real world violence is potent.

We didn't adopt him hoping for years. We brought him home to give him a peaceful ending. His name is Calyx. A 15-year-old Pitbull with soft gray fur, cloudy eyes, slow steps, and a face that carries years of stories without saying a word. He came to us tired — not just old, but worn out in a way you can't fake. So we prepared for goodbye. Orthopedic beds in every corner, warm blankets everywhere, quiet nights, gentle mornings, a home full of patience. We thought we were giving him comfort for his final days. Calyx had other plans. Week one, he slept — the kind of deep, safe sleep that only happens when fear is finally gone. Week two, something changed in his eyes; you could tell he realized this place was his. Week three, he found the toy. Nothing new or fancy, just a small stuffed one. But to him, it became everything. That's when the "tired old dog" disappeared. The Pitbull who barely moved now trots around proudly with his toy. The one who slept all day now wakes up early, carrying it like a prize. Every night he curls up just like this, holding it close, like it's the most important thing in his world. That's when it hit us — he wasn't just slowing down because of age. He was missing warmth. Connection. Something to call his own. Now he still moves a little slower, still naps a lot. But he also steals food when no one's looking, beats us to the door, and that toy never leaves his side. We thought we were preparing for an ending. Instead, he reminded us that sometimes love doesn't just comfort a life — sometimes it quietly brings it back.
