We always fly to Korea after Japan before heading back to the US. I've partied with friends who are drunks (they're not alcoholic because they don't go to AA meetings) and even they call Koreans degenerate drinkers. I've seen Koreans fight to protect someone and then they end up fighting each other because they're so drunk, they forgot why they started fighting 🤦‍♂️
