That is so true, it hurts. Literally. I hurt my knee pretty bad. Worked on it for 2 weeks before I found time to see a Dr.. Compound fracture of the tibia, torn MCL and meniscus. Doc said, surgery and 6 weeks of rehab. Right. I had surgery and hired a kid to carry my tools.

Why is this such a gen X thing? Thank your lucky stars you had boomer parents who put the grit in your gut and the gravel in your eye! Yeah we get it but we didn't have duct tape! Phones and a TV with 3 channels were luxury items to us!
