I have always been a firm advocate for women's inclusion in governance and decision-making. My commitment to gender equality is unwavering because I believe that a society thrives when women are actively involved in shaping policies and leading initiatives. It is imperative that we take legislative action to secure women's participation in politics. One of the key steps toward this goal is mandating that party delegate selections include women, this is not just about fairness; it is about ensuring that the voices of half our population are heard in leadership spaces. Beyond policy discussions, I have consistently highlighted the challenges women face within governmental structures. Many women in leadership positions hesitate to speak up, often out of fear or societal pressure. This must change. We need structural reforms, including the creation of special seats for women and the enforcement of laws that guarantee at least 35% representation in governance. We must break down entrenched gender stereotypes and cultural barriers that have kept women on the sidelines for too long. At the 69th Session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW69), global leaders—including UN Secretary-General António Guterres—reaffirmed the need for more women in leadership. The UN has made significant strides in achieving gender parity among senior leadership by expanding the search for qualified women, proving that when given the opportunity, women lead with excellence and impact. My participation in the Nigeria Women’s Day event at CSW69 is yet another step in my relentless advocacy for gender equality. The fight for inclusion is not just about women—it is about building a more just and prosperous society for all. I will continue to push for systemic change, and I encourage every Nigerian woman to take up space, raise her voice, and claim her rightful place in governance. We are nearing 80% women on our production line. And it shows in our productivity. Why? Women come in, focus on their work, and get it done. There is no ego, ghutkha breaks or cigarette runs. There is more: - attention to detail - openness to learning This creates a positive, happier and a calmer work environment. We keep men where heavy lifting is required. But the heart of our production line today is women. 💪

This Marine (Free.as.can.be ) recounts his time in Afghanistan and how the women there were so oppressed and would get beat just for looking at the Marines that were on patrol there. These are the same type of men with the same type of thinking that have come to America. They want to do the same things to the women here. Yet we have liberal white women supporting these Muslims running for office in this country. Talk about Chickens for KFC!

This debate about whether standards are lowered for women is absolutely asinine. It is an incontrovertible fact that women are held to a lower physical standard than men in the military, police, and fire department. If they were held to the same standard, there wouldn’t be any women in any of these jobs.
