This is straight up gender discrimination in plain sight. Women get ₹1000 just to stand, smile and look pretty, while men sweat and break their backs carrying heavy loads and serving for only ₹300? Same event, same hours. Hard physical labour is undervalued and male workers are treated like disposable muscle. If the roles were reversed, this would be called exploitation and trend for days. Time to stop romanticising this nonsense.
