औरतें टॉयलेट 8-10 घंटे भी रोक लेती हैं और औरतें ऐसा इसलिए भी करती है टॉयलेट में पानी, सफाई नही होती तो औरत अपने hygiene के लिए सार्वजनिक टॉयलेट Use ही नही करती। ट्विटर के माध्यम से साफ सफाई को लेकर शिकायत की लेकिन कोई Action नही लिया प्रशासन ने।

You may be right but what about the condition of those. Is it clean? Are all maintained properly? No doubt there should be female toilets but what about if that all is also not maintainable in terms of cleanliness and hygiene perspective. All will remain vacant for sure.
