"Every 10 years, we have a census in our country, in which every single person living in India is recorded and their details are taken down. In that, for the last 70 years, we have always asked the religion of the head of the household. We have always asked language. We have always asked caste category, SC, ST or others. The only and in the case of SC and ST, we also in the census record the exact caste that they belong to. The only thing we do not do so far is to record the caste for those who are not SC or ST. #WATCH | On Supreme Court staying UGC Regulations 2026, Advocate and petitioner Vineet Jindal says, "Today, the CJI appreciated our arguments. We must say that it is a very big win for us. As we have been talking about specifically three issues, one is Section 3C which is talking about caste discrimination and in that particular section, the general caste has been excluded and all other castes have been included. So, this particular section has been sending a message that SC, ST and OBC has been discriminated against by the general caste. This was our argument before the CJI and he appreciated our argument and especially stated that what we are saying is correct and if such sections are there, it will definitely be very harsh and discriminatory for the general caste and this should be amended. The other part is in respect of the equity committee which is formed under Section 18 of these new UGC sections. There are no specific representations cited in these particular rules for the general community. CJI also admitted this argument of ours and suggested that it should be formation of a specific committee which includes academicians, social workers who have knowledge on these particular subject and now this matter is posted for 19th March and hopefully something good will happen."

Im under house arrest for wanting to visit Martyr’s graveyard today. This at a time when GOI has used its tall claims of normalcy in SC to justify an act of betrayal- the illegal abrogation of Article 370. BJPs own heroes Vir Sarvarkar, Shyama Prasad Mukheriji ,Gowalkar & Godse who spread hatred & divison can’t be forced on us. For us those who sacrificed their lives for democracy to take root in J&K will always be admired for their act of courage. We won’t allow you to distort our history or forget our heroes. On the occasion of Martyrs day, I salute their courage for valiantly fighting against despots to the end.

Please don't divide the UNITED HINDUS OF BENGAL 🙏🙏🙏. Jai Bhim rallies in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, were unheard of until 2024, just like in Bengal. It doesn’t take rocket science to see who suddenly decided to divide society. Suddenly, after 2024, Jai Bhim rallies started appearing in Odisha. There were no “Bhimtas,” “Ravan,” or “neel kabootars” in Odisha, & there are none in Bengal even today. In Bengal, Chaitanya Mahaprabhu united all Hindus, and Hindus were never divided along caste lines. This sudden division of Hindu votes on caste lines and the amplification of SC-ST vote-bank politics in Bengal is a shameful and dirty game. The Hindus of Bengal have remained united for the last 500 years since the time of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. To divide this united Hindu society along caste lines is the greatest disservice. Here, the Namasudras are among the greatest Vaishnava communities, and they are proud Hindus. When they were killed and raped in Bangladesh and were told by Muslims to convert or die, many chose death but never converted. Those who could escape came to India, and for the last 50 years they have been waiting for Indian citizenship. So please, please do not divide the UNITED HINDUS OF BENGAL. The Hindus of Bengal did not vote to be divided through caste politics. Stop this dirty politics.

The bigger concern for us should be what happened in the Indian Ocean while Iranian sailors where returning after a joint maritime exercise in India. Few days ago, they where in Vizag, today most of them have died & some are rescued by Srilanka. India is not at fault at here but this where our guests & as courtesy, we must atleast make a statement. The action taken by the US in the Indian Ocean was wrong. The ongoing war in the Middle-east cannot be played near our water bodies. Hope GoI realises the consequences it can have if we simply stay to remain silent on this matter.

They are wealthier than average General Hindus and not backward by any stretch of imagination. Karnataka Congress Government has categorized ALL Muslims as a backward caste for reservation. This is a mockery of social justice and a slap on the face of Hindus. Hindu OBCs would be deprived of their share.
