Johnson is asked by Commissioner Khumalo, based on which Section 27 Affidavit was the PKTT mentioned, because the original one did not have PKTT. She suddenly does not remember whether there was a second Affidavit and which one did she see. She has this thing of going quiet and flipping pages aimlessly which is so awkward. Commissioner Khumalo is a genius. Johnson was throwing Padayachee uder the bus, where he claimed that he never saw the Section 27 document that contains the referral with complaints and allegations. She says, the team made up of Investigators, is given all documents to refer to when they meet to decide the way forward for the investigation. She was therefore surprised when he said during his testimony that he never saw it. So, she was watching of course, sick and hospitalized as she was) 🙄 Anyway, asikho lapho. 😅 On the other hand, she also tries to protect him and Perumal by saying Perumal said, when she asked him, that the document was with the Prosecutor, they did not have it. After Chair expressed frustration even in Afrikaans that he is completely deurmekaar, 😅Commissioner Khumalo is the one who resolved it. There is no way you can have a Team deciding on prosecuting people without you as the Head having satisfied yourself that they had all the necessary documents in their possession!! #MadlangaCommission
