This outcome of the court proceedings and the historic judgment delivered by the Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court would remain incomplete if we do not acknowledge the immense groundwork, dedication, and tireless efforts put in by several individuals even before the commencement of the legal proceedings. Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar Ji (Ichalkaranjikar V.S.) from Hindu Vidhigya Parishad, along with Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HinduJagrutiOrg), worked tirelessly with Shri Naval Kishore Ji, former Sangh Pracharak and a leading force behind the Bhojshala Mukti Andolan. Their collective efforts played a crucial role in keeping this issue alive at the national level and in building the foundation for the legal battle. Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar Ji made extraordinary efforts by continuously sitting for eight days in the ASI Office at Bhopal and gathering all the relevant documents through RTI applications and detailed research. Those documents played a very significant role in bringing the true facts before the Court. The efforts of Sudarshan News and Shri Suresh Chavhanke Ji (Dr. Suresh Chavhanke “Sudarshan News”) are also highly commendable. Spent some time exploring the historic inscriptions at Gangai Konda Cholapuram along with a few friends. Among them, this inscription stood out as particularly significant — it records the grants made by the Gahadvala king Govindachandra to the great temple of Gangai Konda Cholapuram. Gahadvalas ruled parts of present day Uttar Pradesh during 12th century including Varanasi & Ayodhya. The inscription at Gangai Konda Cholapuram carries the prasasti of the Gahadavala kings and appears to have been taken almost verbatim from their copper plates. From this, one can infer that the Cholas and the Gahadavalas shared a cordial relationship. It records that King Govindachandra made a donation to the Gangai Konda Cholapuram temple, where he is referred to as ‘Candradevo’ in the inscription. It is noteworthy that the famous Vishnu Hari inscription of Ayodhya credits King Govindachandra with renovating the stone temple of Lord Vishnu Hari at Ayodhya. This connection underscores not only his deep religious patronage but also his far-reaching cultural and political ties, which extended as far as the great Chola temple at Gangai Konda Cholapuram.

Jains, when tried to contact Asi and gov officials to let jains themselves repair their temple's, they were denied, saying these are protected sites, and you are not allowed to even touch it. [The same protected site at girnar were illegally occupied and constructed too The narrative is quite selective] This is a pro technique to let the temple die on its own, and in the end, the gov is not even held responsible for it. Protected sites are Jewells of a nation and are kept with utmost respect to maintain its divinity. But here it's has been made a dumping ground . Our tirthankara are definitely not to be treated like this. Not only has our government failed women, but we as women have failed one another by remaining silent. No one is coming to save us. We must save ourselves. It’s time for women to unite in truth, stand together, and advocate for the rights, privacy, safety, and dignity of women and girls. The cost of doing nothing is too high. If we refuse to speak up, the next generation will inherit the consequences. Young girls are depending on us to protect what generations of women fought to secure. The time to stand together is now.
