GENETIC MIRACLE: DIRE WOLVES BORN FROM 72,000-YEAR-OLD DNA The process began with two dire wolf fossils: a 13,000-year-old bone and a 72,000-year-old inner ear. Scientists extracted viable DNA, sequenced their genomes, and identified the gene differences that made dire wolves unique from modern wolves. With that blueprint, Colossal edited...

God creates man, man thinks he’s God, God destroys mankind. There is absolutely no benefit to bringing extinct animals back to life, didn’t you see Jurassic Park. Scientists think they’re so damn smart but they’re to stupid to ask the question, should I.

The birth of Romulus and Remus on October 1, 2024, is a groundbreaking achievement in genetic science. Using DNA from a 13,000-year-old bone and a 72,000-year-old inner ear fossil, Colossal’s team meticulously sequenced the dire wolf genome and pinpointed the key differences that set it apart from modern gray wolves. By editing 14 genes to tweak traits like size, coat thickness, and vocalization, they’ve crafted a living echo of a species extinct for over 10,000 years. Implanting those edited embryos into surrogate hound dogs was a daring move that paid off with these twin pups. It’s a stunning blend of ancient biology and cutting-edge technology, showing just how far we can push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Kearney Disinformation Correction Yesterday, Aidan Kearney attempted to attack the lack of canine DNA detected on John's clothing by tweeting two misleading claims. 1. Canine Swab Collection Kearney Disinformation: Michael Proctor was the source of DNA collected. Factual Information: The swabs were neither from Proctor's body nor collected by him. The swabs were collected by Maureen Hartnett at the MSP crime lab from John's shirt per instructions of Teri Kuhn at UC Davis and were received packaged appropriately. 2. Inhibitors Caused The Lack of Canine DNA Kearney Disinformation: There were inhibitors on John's clothing that masked the presence of canine DNA. Factual Information: UC Davis was asked to perform two tests: a nuclear DNA test which would be used to identify a specific animal and, if the nuclear DNA test failed to yield results, a mitochondrial DNA test called Meat ID to determine presence of DNA from a variety of species. Nuclear DNA is found in the nucleus of the cell and only 2 copies exist whereas mitochondrial DNA is found in the cytoplasm and is significantly more abundant with hundreds of thousands of copies. Nuclear DNA tests are far more accurate in determining the exact source, ie one dog from another dog, whereas mitochondrial DNA is less specific but will be able to determine if DNA from a specific animal species is present. In this case, the presence of DNA from 12 different animal species, including canine and pig, was tested. The results of the QPCR testing for nuclear DNA were that the swabs "did not indicate the presence of canine (nuclear) DNA, but did indicate the presence of inhibitors. This result is obtained when 1. Canine DNA is degraded, 2. The DNA is obscured by inhibitors, or 3. There is no nuclear DNA present." The less specific test using mitochondrial DNA, Meat ID, was then completed. This test showed no canine DNA and further, showed no inhibitors. In other words, had canine DNA been present, it would have been identified on the Meat ID mitochondrial testing since there were no inhibitors. The below video contains questioning from both the defense and prosecution supporting the identified factual information.

This is how DNA is organized in a cell. And it's more evidence that Life was intelligently designed. Each human cell contains about 6.5ft (2m) of DNA packed into a dense microscopic structure. But it's not packed into a random pile. It's packed into precise loops scientists call 'cohesin loops.' DNA is wound up around spool-like proteins called histones, which are then further wound together into clusters called nucleosomes, which are then organized into shapes called chromatins, which are then folded into large structures called chromosomes. Four levels of very specific, complex organization. Without a specific & controlled organization system, DNA would be an unreadable, useless mess. Which means DNA would have to be organized immediately upon creation, or Life couldn't arise. And this is the craziest part... The way DNA is organized in a eukaryotic cell directly controls which genes are turned on or off. This organization is what determines cell-type. Every cell in your body contains the exact same DNA blueprint. The only reason a heart cell beats and a skin cell protects you is due to DNA organization. A heart cell packs away all "skin genes" into tight, unreadable section that doesn't get activated, while keeping "heart genes" open & active. If a cell doesn't have specific DNA organization, it loses its identity. When that happens, it results in cancer. Which means DNA organization must be specifically planned out from the start to prevent catastrophe. Life doesn't have time to tinker and figure this out via evolution. DNA requires organization from the start, or it's useless. DNA organizarion requires multiple systems all working together to function. Without them, it fails. Only intelligence has ever been shown to engineer specifically organized, complex informational systems with obvious signs of preplanning and intentionality. Life was Divinely Designed. Biology proves it over & over again.

🚨EPSTEIN FILES STATE THE CREATED NEANDERTHALS CLONES Clones of Neanderthals were created in underground tunnels as stated in the Epstein files released by the DOJ government in 2026. It is impossible to ignore the truth at this point. The truth is stranger than fiction and we have not heard anything stranger than this happening in real life. Per Charlie T Griffen The first studies of Neanderthal DNA focused on the genetic sequences of mitochondria, the microscopic organelles that convert food to energy within cells. In 2005, however, 454 began a collaborative project with the Max Planck Institute in Leipzig, Germany, to sequence the full genetic code of a Neanderthal woman who died in Croatia's Vindija cave 30,000 years ago. As the Neanderthal genome is painstakingly sequenced, the archaeologists and biologists who study it will be faced with an opportunity that seemed like science fiction just 10 years ago. They will be able to look at the genetic blueprint of humankind's nearest relative and understand its biology as intimately as our own. In addition to giving scientists the ability to answer questions about Neanderthals' relationship to our own species--did we interbreed, are we separate species, who was smarter--the Neanderthal genome may be useful in researching medical treatments. Newly developed techniques could make cloning Neanderthal cells or body parts a reality within a few years. The ability to use the genes of extinct hominins is going to force the field of paleoanthropology into some unfamiliar ethical territory. There are still technical obstacles, but soon it could be possible to use that long-extinct genome to safely create a healthy, living Neanderthal clone. Should it be done? At the 454 Life Sciences offices, Gerald Irzyk, Jason Affourtit, and Thomas Jarvie explain the process they use to read the chemicals that made up Neanderthal DNA and the genes that determined a large part of their biology. DNA has a shape, called a double helix, that makes it look like a twisted ladder. Each rung on the ladder is called a base-pair. The rungs are made up of a pair of chemicals called nucleotides--adenine, thymine, cytosine, and guanine, which are usually referred to by their first initials. The sequence of the nucleotides in the DNA determines what genes an organism has and how they function. Max Planck Institute initially chose 454 because it had come up with a way to read hundreds of thousands of DNA sequences at a time. Genome-sequencing technology is advancing at a rate comparable to computer processing power. Putting the fragments themselves in order can be a little tricky. "At first glance, it's just this completely random assemblage of As, Ts, Cs, and Gs," says Irzyk. "But it turns out there are patterns and motifs, and sometimes these are very specific to a group of organisms." For the Neanderthal sample, the human and chimpanzee genomes were used as references for checking the sequence. Working with ancient DNA can be much more problematic than sequencing genetic material from living species. Within hours of death, cells begin to break down in a process called apoptosis. The dying cells release enzymes that chop up DNA into tiny pieces. In a human cell, this means that the entire three-billion-base-pair genome is reduced to fragments a few hundred base-pairs long or shorter. The DNA also goes through chemical changes that alter the nucleotides as it ages--C changes into T, and G turns into A--which can cause the gene sequence to be interpreted incorrectly. In the case of the Neanderthal sample, somewhere between 90 and 99 percent of the DNA came from bacteria and other contaminants that had found their way into the bone as it sat in the ground and in storage. The contaminant DNA has to be identified and eliminated. Given the similarity between Neanderthal and modern human DNA, this can be especially difficult when the contamination comes from the people who excavated or analyzed the bone.

Professor Emeritus Yasufumi Murakami of Tokyo University of Science: "It is almost certain that vaccines are contaminated with DNA. mRNA vaccines containing the DNA causes turbo cancers." Professor Murakami explains the mechanism of turbo cancers: The covid vaccines are expected to contain only mRNA. However, it has been proven that the vaccines contain considerable amounts of DNA and other substances that should not be present. There is no doubt about it now. DNA can enter human cells very easily, regardless of length, and can get into cells everywhere. When DNA gets in the center of an important gene, the important gene will stop functioning. One problem is that the mRNA vaccine of Pfizer contains a promoter sequence of the cancer virus called SV40. This sequence could enter the human genome, and awakens and activates dormant carcinogenic genes. As a result, the risk of developing cancer increases. mRNA vaccines increase the risk of developing cancer while suppressing the immunity. Vaccination increases the risk of developing cancer dramatically compared to the unvaccinated state. The more people get vaccinated, the more people will probably get cancer. Vaccines appear to increase the risk of all types of cancers. There is credible information that the number of leukemia cases is on the rise. Vaccination causes the promoter sequence of the cancer virus to enter white blood cells and attach to red blood cells everywhere. As a result, more and more leukemia cases are reported. A lot of spikes of mRNA are produced. The spikes would be most protected from destruction. Possibly, long spike genes remain intact. So, if the long spike genes remain there, gene expression will continue to take place all the time. That is, spikes are generated forever. Once the DNA gets into the stem cells, the DNA will keep creating more and more spikes. As a result, IgG4 antibodies are induced. The number of spike-producing cells will not decrease, and it becomes impossible to get rid of spike-producing cells. As a results, It becomes normal for spikes to be present in cells. The produced spikes then flow into the bloodstream and cause a variety of health problems. So, any vaccine that induces IgG4 is deemed as a defective vaccine, and should no longer be produced. Normally, cancer cells are born and grow slowly. However, the vaccine suppresses the immunity, which makes it easier for cancer cells to grow. The vaccines cause turbo cancers. Suppression of the immunity is a major factor of turbo cancers. The increase in IgG4 antibodies results in suppression of cancer immunity. The more DNA the vaccine contains, the more intense the inflammation caused by the vaccine becomes. DNA is a foreign substance to the cells. So, DNA causes a severe reaction and kills the immune system of the cells. The more DNA the vaccine contains, the more severe the side effects caused by the vaccine become. Vaccines could contain many different impurities, but one possibility could be DNA. In the first place, DNA is something that should not be put into cells of your body.

This video gives a rare glimpse into the "fishy" proclivities of wolves in our area. The video was taken in spring just a short distance from a creek wolves have fished at for many years. This past spring was the 10th year we have documented wolves hunting and catching fish—a behavior that had not been documented in boreal systems such as ours until our work, in part, because it is a tough behavior to observe. What is particularly fascinating is that this wolf was not only carrying a fish but carrying two of them. This is interesting because when we captured this behavior on video for the first time in 2018, we observed a wolf fishing, drop them on the creek bank, and wade back in to continue fishing. I.e., the wolf was not immediately consuming the fish it caught but rather fishing while the fishing was hot, and then once the fishing cooled down, would consume the fish. And this video seems to provide some additional evidence that it might be a widespread strategy wolves use. Two other interesting tidbits from this video: 1.) The wolf that dropped the fish was a yearling wolf. The wolf that grabbed the fish at the end was a different wolf. More specifically, the breeding female of the Half-Moon Pack and the older sister of the yearling wolf. 2.) Surprisingly, the black bear seemed very perplexed at finding this fish, and just left it alone without even taking a little nibble. We would have expected a bear to readily take a free meal like this but apparently not. We have collected of detailed information on how, when, where, and why wolves hunt fish in our area. You can read all about that in our scientific article (which is freely-available at the link below!): Freund et al. 2023. The ethology of wolves foraging on freshwater fish in a boreal ecosystem.
