Last week I questioned the Office of Gene Regulator as to why they never tested the vaccine for genotoxicity given Pfizer admit it’s a gene therapy. It’s going over old ground but if you keep pressing these people they will eventually contradict themselves which is what happened. It’s worth noting that the Office of Gene Technology regulator admitted that manufacturing was regulated last year but is now saying the opposite. The Gene Technology Act states as per Section 10: "deal with" , in relation to a GMO, means the following: (a) conduct experiments with the GMO; (b) make, develop, produce or manufacture the GMO; (c) breed the GMO; (d) propagate the GMO; (e) use the GMO in the course of manufacture of a thing that is not the GMO; (f) grow, raise or culture the GMO; (g) import the GMO; (h) transport the GMO; (i) dispose of the GMO; and includes the possession, supply or use of the GMO for the purposes of, or in the course of, a dealing mentioned in any of paragraphs (a) to (i). You can see the GT Act contemplates activities/dealings after the (b) manufacturing phase. For Australian purposes the OGTR was and remains required to regulate Pfizer and Moderna in respect of (h) and (i) namely, transport and disposal. Transport includes the site of delivery. It’s worth noting that the Office of Gene Technology regulator admitted that manufacturing was regulated last year but is now saying the opposite. The Gene Technology Act states as per Section 10: "deal with" , in relation to a GMO, means the following: (a) conduct experiments with the GMO; (b) make, develop, produce or manufacture the GMO; (c) breed the GMO; (d) propagate the GMO; (e) use the GMO in the course of manufacture of a thing that is not the GMO; (f) grow, raise or culture the GMO; (g) import the GMO; (h) transport the GMO; (i) dispose of the GMO; and includes the possession, supply or use of the GMO for the purposes of, or in the course of, a dealing mentioned in any of paragraphs (a) to (i). You can see the GT Act contemplates activities/dealings after the (b) manufacturing phase. For Australian purposes the OGTR was and remains required to regulate Pfizer and Moderna in respect of (h) and (i) namely, transport and disposal. Transport includes the site of delivery. Many people often times wonder why it is that mosquitoes transmit malaria from one person to another but same mosquito cannot transmit HIV from one person to another. I summarized the reason in this video but I will also reiterate 1. HIV cannot survive inside mosquitoes When mosquito bites someone infected with HIV, it actually picks up some of the virus . However the virus is rapidly broken down in the gut of the mosquito . Hence it does not get passed to the next person. 2. Mosquitoes do not inject previous blood into the next person When mosquitoes bite a person, they inject saliva into the person’s bite spot and this saliva is what prevents the blood from clotting while the mosquito sucks out the blood juice. It is through this process of injection of saliva that it passes Malaria , Dengue fever etc but HIV can’t be passed this way 3. HIV can only survive I specific body cells HIV needs specific body cells called CD4 cells to survive . Of course mosquito does not have those cells and HIV can thus not survive inside them. It is degraded immediately Therefore when next someone suggests that Mosquito can transmit HIV. Please feel free to give them a resounding slap on my behalf . Thank You Dr Penking

It would be much worse if it wasn’t for the tireless work of Jules Kwiatkowski, who served as the Commissioner of the East Flagler County Mosquito District for 17 years. Jules was not only a great servant, but also a very dedicated husband and father. We were fortunate to have such an incredible man serve the community. May his memory be a blessing.

Lyme disease did not exist before 1978. There are now over 300 species of bacteria that cause it, all spirochetes, all variations of Borrelia, named after Dr. Willy Burgdorfer, the man who discovered it. Dr. Burgdorfer's job for the United States military was placing bacteria inside ticks to deploy against enemy forces.
