Don Lemon doesn’t understand that the Supreme Court, while they on Friday ruled incorrectly on the tool President Trump was using for tariffs, ruled correctly that he can use other tools for tariffs. That’s why Trump immediately levied new 10% tariffs today. SCOTUS also ruled that Trump can completely embargo a country if he wants. You think Low IQ Lemon knows what the word “embargo” even means? 🚨 BREAKING: President Trump just ERUPTED on the China and foreign-aligned parties who brought his tariffs to SCOTUS Trump called them “SLEAZEBAGS," including Leonard Leo, who Trump recently called "a bad person who, in his own way, probably hates America" Leo was one of the people who advised Trump on his SCOTUS appointments in his first term, and it was a group he’s FUNDED that brought the lawsuit challenging the president’s trade authority The TRAITORS will LOSE, Trump just doubled down on tariffs and will win!

#BREAKING: Lawrence: “…the Trump administration says filings for tariff refunds totaling approximately $128 billion have been accepted for processing and approximately $100 billion in refunds have been completed. After losing in the court of International Trade and then in the United States Supreme Court on his tariffs, Donald Trump decided to REIMPOSE illegal and unconstitutional tariffs using a DIFFERENT rationale in federal law—section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974. Donald Trump cited that provision in trade law in imposing his new tariffs on 60 countries claiming that those countries used forced labor as the reason for the tariffs.”🙄

ABC is forced to admit that President Trump can continue to levy tariffs thanks to the latest SCOTUS ruling. He can just keep applying them by using Section 122. Democrats lost again. America wins!

🚨Trump hits China HARD! Donald Trump just kicked the Chinese right in the balls, frankly. He just hit them so hard, he just paused tariffs on every country in the world for 90 days, except the Chinese because they retaliated. He raised their tariffs to 125%. Fuck around and find out. #Tariffs #Trump #tradewar

In today's SCOTUS arguments, Chief Justice Roberts questioned why Trump believed he had authority to impose tariffs under a nearly 50-year-old law never before used for that purpose. Tariffs are a form of taxation and “that has always been the core power of Congress,” he said.

Rep. Crow: Trump is largely using tariffs to enrich himself and his family. They are using the threat of tariffs to strike golf course deals around the world. They're using tariffs to put pressure on Brazil because they did something to one of his friends that they didn't like. Trump is personalizing American power and our economic system for his personal benefit
