is Genma the better version?

I wouldn't call It necessarily better, but It's extra additions are pretty cool. Genma is a arranged version of Warlords, it's harder and item placements got changed

Yes, but you can skip cutscenes in Genma

Seriously, both Onimusha and Parasite Eve (2, for my preferences) could use the 'Remastered' treatment at some point, they would go down GREAT if just upgraded and expanded a little, like with RE2 or RE4. I'll even take a 'spiritual successor' at this point
