As he walked away: โ€œoh man thatโ€™s sweet. Heโ€™s got that shit on his phone, tells him where all the stuff at. Donโ€™t have to ask nobodyโ€ฆโ€ Iโ€™ll add that quote to our website

Cool concept, but why don't they make malls or superstore more user friendly? do we really need an indoor navigator?

Super overdue. Every store needs this.

This is really cool technology. Having a simple phone holder on the shopping trollies that can swivel would make it an even better UX as you donโ€™t need to hold it.

Amazing possibilities for the future. However, all the people who are developing this tech need to understand just how painful it is walking around with a phone in front of you or wearing a bulky headset. Not practical until itโ€™s easy to use.

As someone who has worked in retail for a year so far, I can almost guarantee people will still be unable to find things they need.
