genuine question is there a solution to this problem also my shadowplay only records my mic in one ear so you can hear me lament on the left side

there is no solution I know of. Pro players sometimes place wards on e.g. the blast cone, so your character will attack the ward. Its janky, but thats how it works. Best you can do (and you did) is shift your camera to a better working perspective. Generally shift upwards.

it's a shitty solution, but you're able to hit it in this clip because you pan your camera to the left which moves the blue hitbox out of the way of your pointer

Unironically the only solution I have seen is zooming in closer so it's easier to click which is like an incredibly stupid solution.

You just gotta pan ur camera at the proper angle or zoom in to hit it. Its a shit solution, but only one there is.

Zooming in with mouse scroll wheel is what I've seen is best for this scenario. Also moving the camera will also sometimes get it like at the end of this clip when you finally get the blast cone but that's less reliable imo.

No real good solution as others have pointed out however just wanted to give a solution to where an objective or minion can block a click/ability on a champion: use toggle attack champions only. Tho Attack move can still hit tower and minions so only for right click / abilities.
