Genuinely think one of the most positive changes DBD could make is to introduce a new version of old movement. Not the animations, but recreate the snappy, responsive feeling changing directions. If BHVR did that I would expect a massive increase in the survivor playerbase

The animated scene of the new background + logo is so lovely. They didn't have to make it but they did and I think that reflects the level of extra care that is going into the game now. For the first time in a long time, the future of the game is bright.

Of all the changes to Survival in Midnight, I think Boomstick is the one that confuses me the most. We're leaning into the fantasy of Rexxar and the Sentinels with... a shotgun?? It's such an odd replacement for Fury of the Eagle, which fits the vibes of the whole spec way more.
