my greatest game of all time. head shots are easier to hit in this version vs. the remake.

Now hold on

The remake of course

We'll see...

This was bait I'm sorry I thought it was just that easy

TRYING TO RAGEBAIT ME OVER A GAME I HAVEN'T PLAYED

Just testing the waters....ehe.... <3

YOU'RE SICK

Yknow what, I have come to terms with that a bit lately yeah

This, obviously.

Stun + Suplex

Red 9 in this game changed my life

Great gameplay, but I think this game needs enemies that take 3 headshots to stagger, reticule bloom, yellow paint everywhere, epic parries, and an overly serious tone.

Man I don't think there's a single game I replayed more. Is this your first time going through it?

I got like 60% through a decade ago, never finished it, this is me atoning for my sin

Enjoy🙌

When the ganado’s head explodes from the kick.

Modern Capcom think that 5 headshots for the 1 stagger is better and more fun way to play (it’s not)

They actually put crack in that head popping sound

I love how a basic gun you get at the start of the game can still be so fun to use to the point where I was doing this combo at the last segments of the game glad the remake didnt nerf it and its still fun to use there

This

They are too spongy in the remake which makes playing on harder difficulties so annoying

Posts like this are exactly why the remake is a better game lol.

Getting in some quick slashes while they're getting up; using the knife to set up kicks instead of the gun (doable reliably while they're getting up if you time it right). Hitting them with the door for free damage, then repeating it (doable indefinitely if you tome it right).

No man what if we make it random so they don't stagger and so you can't plan your movements ahead

4 Remake. Gameplay is way better. But for the time when the OG came out it was nothing close 🙏🏼

Can’t play this since the remake came out. Just obsolete by comparison

I played through RE4R not too long ago and like...it was cool, but it felt so much more clumsy compared to 4 OG. It was no where near as fun, never felt like you could control the battles like in this video.

simple and elegant

the way it's still miles ahead 20 years later

Re4 head pops are one of the most satisfying things in all of gaming.

uh, if they're facing away from you and you shoot them in the back of the leg you can suplex them for usually a 1-hit kill.

Im doing my franchise replay is fr cant wait to get to 4

Humanity has reached it's peak there.

Lliterally nothing. It's perfect game flow state. Every hit satisfying.

I love resident evil 4 sound effects so much

hey it's that old game my grandpa is always playing at the nursing home

One of the greatest action games ever made
