I noticed in mid 90s: EOCCO Effect. Your planned study might be great but you'll get your funding sooner and richer if you tack 'Effects Of Climate Change On' onto the start of the title. Said this to lots of bioscience/ ecoscience people, they didn't argue but nodded sagely.
