I’ve thought about this a bit and I think the reason we miss on high end HS prospects is that Georgia isn’t a QB driven program. When it’s decision time, the emotion of being “the man” outweighs the logic of being part of a successful program. We cant fault them for this.

Sorry but I have more respect for a Team and a Coach that put emphasis on playing for the love of the game and learning first and let the money come later. NIL has destroyed college football. Money has become the main theme...

Did we though? These kids use Georgia as a reverse recruiting tool. It’s not the first time and it won’t be the last. But our QBs spans more than a year in the system before playing and they want to play for Georgia. We’ll be fine.

We got to quit messing with these 5 star QBs unless they are from Georgia. Go get home grown, they always pan out. We literally won 2 nattys with the GOAT who was a walk on. Get me another Gunnar or Stetson, we good. Don’t need to drama. Look at Raiola. Disaster.

This is nothing to be all up in arms about. There will be transfer portal guys that will be game ready. Jared Curtis wanted to play right away, and Vandy doesn’t look too shabby. It makes sense

He played against small private schools with class sizes of 80. I hope he stood out! How many D1 defensive line and linebacker prospects did he ever face? I want to know that.
