Germany gets bitter cold temps in winter. But when the snow starts to melt in the Spring days and then refreezes at night...wouldn't that make the roads become icy? Also, does the road material heat up in the summer sun-like the recycled tires streets do?

It will never ever work in a northern climate....the water will freeze and break up the road completely in one winter

No black ice on the highways that has killed so many motorists. Where is the infrastructure money that ND Kevin Cramer (R) promised was going to fix old bridges in ND? We haven't updated our highways or bridges in forever.
