German engineers have developed a water-absorbent roadway

Great invention but wonder what happens to the water table below. Must be chemicals and toxins seeping through

Germany gets bitter cold temps in winter. But when the snow starts to melt in the Spring days and then refreezes at night...wouldn't that make the roads become icy? Also, does the road material heat up in the summer sun-like the recycled tires streets do?

I will not work in freezing temperatures.

It will never ever work in a northern climate....the water will freeze and break up the road completely in one winter

Non-toxic?

No black ice on the highways that has killed so many motorists. Where is the infrastructure money that ND Kevin Cramer (R) promised was going to fix old bridges in ND? We haven't updated our highways or bridges in forever.

This is great but I want flying cars and Mother Earth undisturbed by unnatural lay lines.

Be interesting to see how the base material works with all the water and nice to know what material the base is

Pssst…we have that here. Your posts all seem to be ai fake shit now a days….you vet anything or too busy?!

Wow that’s amazing 😻
