Zero sign-up VM from a terminal (or Muse) is the kind of infra affordance that changes how people demo agents. Half the friction in agent workflows is still "spin something up before the model can do anything". Curious whether these stay sandboxed throwaways or become sticky workspaces. Ephemeral is great for demos. Sticky state is what makes an agent useful the next morning.
