Absolutely. Lost over 100 lbs on boring. Then gave myself a year to do a bodybuilding show. 6 months in coach said I needed to lose more body fat. Found a meal I liked and ate it 6 times a day for 6 months. Baked tilapia, broccoli, 1/2 a sweet potato. Everyday for 6 months
