The system doesn’t work properly. If 1 in 3 bags are taken off for extra screening you need more than two staff to do this. Otherwise you get massive queues of bags stuck in the system

Nov 2024: your “new” system is still appalling. Broken belts, insufficient staff to cope. It’s taken me 50 minutes to move through. #notgoodenough

I have made it a habit not to keep any valuable items in the tray. I always keep it inside the bag & tell the CISF if you find anything suspicious isolate the bag from the conveyor belt and I'll open the entire bag for you.
