The problem with those files is that there is a little maintenance, for not saying none . Someone have make sure that when a blender user gets the file, he/she should be able to use it without headache. ✌️

Or update the files to new versions from time to time, maybe based on data of how many files are downloaded to prioritize the ones to b updated
