Packers under Holmgren .670 overall & .640 playoffs, McCarthy .622 overall & .555 playoffs, LeFleur .654 overall (.580 post Rodgers) & .333 playoffs. Obviously the Packers have not had a GREAT head coach since Holmgren and they are getting worse instead of better.
