Was Mahdi also born in Bethlehem? Virgin birth? From the line of David? Called out of Egypt? With a ministry out of Galilee? Rode to His own demise on a donkey? Betrayed for 30 pieces of silver? Silent before accusers? Died by crucifixion? All fulfilled by Jesus alone.

we r dealing with a messianic sacerdotal religion here, the point of contention is WHO that "good shepherd" is, which has been an ongoing debate between the abrahamics for centuries & is ultimately what lead to the 2nd temple split. it could very well be jesus 🤷‍♀️ that's up to you

it is no surprise that jesus would refer to himself as the "good shepherd" (moshiach) as he was learned in the torah, and even the pharisees were shocked at his knowledge of it.
