I would never use a contractor who started off by saying.. “We’re really busy we can’t get to you right now.. is it something small?” If heard that from a contractor I’d know he’d be a pain in my a** trying to get a project finished. You want somebody who’s enthusiastic about your project and eager to get started.. And stop with the dumb jokes—be professional and to the point.. Red flags everywhere
